Delay in service and poor response

I'm lodging this complaint regarding delay in service from Car servicing providers named Carnations in Palampur tehsil in District Kangra, H.P. My father met with an accident on 11th May-14 and the car was sent to carnations for service. It's been more than two months now but he is not able to deliver the car back giving the reason that he is not able to procure the new air bags for it. Moreover they put a dent in my car at the back...

“I got my car serviced at this service station yesterday (14-June-13), they kept me waiting for whole day after promising for a few minutes. And at last when they handed over, it was good enough only for around 10 km before it caught fire while driving on road.
