I received a completely fake product on this order and I initiated a return. The company people has not bothered to respond...

I had ordered a leather jacket worth rupee 1499.00, but the product I received is totally different and of very poor quality.
After knowing this I checked for the website to return the product but the website is not opening. I had waited for one day and again checked the website, still not opening the webpage.
I think it been a fraud website and i have been conned.

I ordered a branded combo of 5 party wear Stylish XXL Shirts but I got very cheap quality M size shirts which is totally different from the product I ordered.
Even the Size is Medium Size and they are very cheap quality shirts, Totally different from what I ordered. The prize of the package is 1, 199/- R's. I have mailed them so many times but they aren't replying.
