i have booked an under construction apartment with casagrand builders(https://www.casagrand.co.in/) on Apr2019 with 12% GST. They have constructed a skeleton of my block like pillar and roof and acquired 82.5% of total cost with in Jan2020.
But other blocks has no steady progress, i put a hold one stage payment.
Meanwhile i applied the PMAY and got subsidy into my home loan account on May 2020.
In this year...

Handing over is being done after a 2year delay, but the bank interest charges not waived, have raised the issue with them several times but no response at all... Just blaming it all on the pandemic . We are also suffering from the pandemic. So what's the allowance for all o[censored]s...

I had bought a flat in casagrand zenith unit no is. f 905 I.have been.told the possession would be in March 2022 but now it's delayed to.september ...we are not allowed for site visit also...I am paying pre emi since September 2021 ...iam in rental flat...I need to pay emi and rent ...how can I demand the handover ...what is the solution if they delay more like this...
