It has been 20+ days since order is placed and status just shows 'not picked up'. Have been contacting the customer care, who doesn't care about customers at all. They just reply in a single line that - 'it is in process', 'we are looking into it', 'no update' and other such pathetic replies. There is no escalation email id available. Please help with my order.

My order id:CIS488463 has not yet received. Also the support is not replying to my mail. And the phone call is also unavailable. I have already made the payment but the product is still not delivered. I am feeling deceived. Kindly look into the matter....
