I placed an order on Celio around 2 weeks back using some points and the remaining amount was paid with a card. My order was cancelled without notice and the amount was not refunded. I am writing to customer service every day asking for a refund and they are saying that they are still checking with the finance team.

This order was placed on 30/09/2020. It is more than a month that it is yet to be delivered.

There has not been any action taken for the delivery in spite of repeated follow ups. Details attached

I would like to have the money refunded or have the shipment delivered at the soonest.
