I, we have a property in good location of bareilly at mini bypass Izzatnagar Bareilly. Your contractor/engineer had planted a gas junction in front of my property without my/our consent/permission, which is blocking the planned design of my dream house. I, we had made a written complaint to your office but it seems your personnel is not taking it seriously and making us mentally ill.
I/we have plan to start construction earliest but your equipment making it difficult to start. So, we request you to kindly take it seriously and remove the complete equipment from my plot front as soon as possible. I hope we do not need to approach legal help in this matter to make both in trouble. Kindly make arrangements to dislocate the box asap. Thank you.

Regarding the installment of gas pipe line in my house

With due respect I would like to inform you that I had taken two connections of gas pipeline in February but till date it is not installed although the houses in my neighbourhood have received it. I had filled the form and deposited the cheque on 17/02/2021. A representative came to my house and checked everything. He said the work will be done within a week but it's September now. I don't know what is the problem when the connection is their till my gate to bring it inside. I have fired several complains and call the office repeatedly but they make some or the other excuse every time. They say a person will come to survey within 2- 3 days but no one has approached till date. Due to which many work of mine are at halt. Please look into the matter as soon as possible and do the needful. If you don't want to provide me with the connection please return my cheque and I'll withdraw my connection.

Connection not started even after a month

I have taken two connection to my address (36 C, Vaibhav, Suncity Vistar bareilly) almoast one month completed but still connection is not started Mr saxena who is the incharge was asking me money apart from installation cost for himself, so i denied immediately since than he is not picking my phone and even not started my connection yet now i don't gas to cook my food ... He is the corrupt guy.please take necessary action against him and company.

प्रार्थी का CRN DB31311 है। प्रार्थी के घर पर किचिन से लेकर मेन गेट तक GIC फिटिंग कम्प्लीट है। महोदय पिछले एक माह से CUGL के कर्मचारी गैस चार्ज करने व TF जोड़ने को लेकर लगातार एक माह से प्रार्थी को अनावश्यक रूप से परेशान कर रहे है। प्रार्थी के निवेदन पर CUGL कर्मचारी श्री अजय द्वारा बतलाया गया की मैं अपनी मर्जी से कार्य करता हूँ। मुझ पर कम्पनी का कोई दबाब नहीं है ना ही अब मेरा कोई टारगेट है। पहले मै अन्य दूसरे एरिया में कार्य करूँगा। मुझे आपके एरिया से कोई लेना देना नहीं है जबकि दूसरे कर्मचारी श्री रमित सर से फोन वार्ता में उन्होंने दिनांक 23/08/2021 को कनेक्शन के सम्वन्ध में पुनः एक बार फोन करके अवगत कराने को कहा। महोदय आपसे निवेदन है कि किसी जिम्मेदार कर्मचारी से उक्त कनेक्शन का निरीक्षण कराते हुए गैस कनेक्शन को चालू कराने की कृपा करें।

I m new customer of chhod and got first bill. On dated 7 august 2021. It is first invoice received to me. Than why you mention 800 late payment in bill.
Pl remove this and make a bill with awareness. I m trying complain no. And office dot number which is shown on invoice but ringing continue but no one pick the call..

Exorbitant Bill amount without usage

Avg bill amount being approx 1800 rs for 2 months for past couple of months, while usage is not higher, even a few months there was no usage as being out of station for 3-4months, but erroneously higher bill amount kept being charged..
Please look into the same and rectify the bill amount basis usage only.

estimated fake meter reading

Consumer name-suresh chandra mishra crn no. D0016299 invoice no.82068 inv. Date-02/08/2019 bill cycle-june-july. The above invoice was billed with minimum ch. Bill for no consumtion in the period. The the previus and closing reading are same. This closing reading is fake or estimated because no meter reading was taken on 31st july 2019. The last reading was taken on 30th august 2019 which was 271. Hence the above bill for no consumption is estimated and objectionable for payment. Kinndly resolve the issue.

complaint regarding non receipt of bill

Sir, i would like to draw your kind attention towards non receipt of bill w. E. F 1/12/2018 to 31/03/2019. Today i have received my bill in respect of consumer no. Db02511 for the cycle 01/04/2019 to 31/05/2019 and it has been observed that interest for rs 50/- has been charged due to non payment of my previousf bill. It is intimated that i have not received my previous bill due to that i was unable to pay the same in due time. It is also intimated that for last few years i am paying all the bills within stipulated time through net banking.
Few days earlier, i met with your representative mr. Vijay awasthi. I have intimated the same to him through my application (Address to your good office) and he has committed me to take action on this matter.in spite of that interest have been charged which is not appreciable as per customer satisfaction. It is therefore requested to look into the matter and resolve the issue at the earliest.

non supply of cugl gas and issuance of bill

My c. R. No. D0025411. I paid the amount for new installation registration of cugl connection on 27 feb 2018 but till now no supply distributed in residence whereas bill has been dispatched by you on 29 apr 2019. I complained at your end telephonically with no positive reply. Why are you people cheating me? What is the problem with you? Disconnect my connection of cugl pipeline. Clear my advace amount. Cugl team is not liable.

I have to state that every time arrear attached to my bill and i had to go to bareilly headoffice at satellite to get it corrected.in this bill also i have to go headoffice to correct the bill by rs 928/ which was already paid on in time.in this bill the meter reading as on 30 9 2018. Is shown 551 where as the meter reading is 503 as on 25january 2019.
How the person has taken reading 551 as on 30 9 2018. I today went for correction of the bill. I was told that the concerned staff is not their.
Further i am a senior citizen age 73/ is not possible to visit the office frequently. Therefore instruct your staff posted their to correct the bill and advice us on mobile/email address [protected]/[protected]@yahoo.com. The amount of the bill to unable us to deposit the bill in time

I have applied for cugl connection in oct 2017 and paid the initial amount through cheque. The company person from bareilly office said they will complete the connection within month period but after four month time no work initiated after my several visits and phone (Mr. Vijay awasthi, saurabh singh, ramesh) call they are not giving any responsible answer. This is very very disappoing that after all formalities and payment i am struggling to get a connection which is your duty for which you are paid.
Kindly take necessary action as soon as possible.

प्रार्थी ने दिनांक 7 12 17 को एक पीएनजी कनेक्शन कराया था जिसको आज तक चालू नहीं कराया गया है जबकि हमारी गली में गैस चालू किए कंपनी द्वारा करीब डेढ़ माह से अधिक हो चुका है कंपनी के अधिकारियों व कर्मचारियों से कई बार कहने के बावजूद भी आज तक गैस कनेक्शन चालू नहीं किया जा रहा है प्रार्थी अपना गैस कनेक्शन कटवाना चाहता है और कंपनी से प्रार्थी को हुई मानसिक व शारीरिक परेशानी के लिए प्रार्थी को मुआवजा दिया जाए अन्यथा प्रार्थी कोर्ट में जाने को बाध्य होगा

IMPROPER LINING AND HARRASMENT

We have applied for CUGL Connection and there contractors have done improper piping which leads to wastage of space and when complained they mis behaved.
Its my advice in advance to all future customers please take due care when piping is done at your place as at later stages they dont bother to listen.
In my case my connection is pending from last 3 months now

I am among the first few customer of CUGL and enjoying the unending benefits of PNG. I disagree with the view that harassment is done by CUGL contractors. On the contrary i find CUGL very professional and sticking to the timeframe. Yes, few years back connections got delayed because some line laying issues were there as per CUGL but now one of my relative applied for connection 3 months back and he too got his connection.

Very bad service of providing new connection, the contractor harass and demand money for connection, otherwise they don't connect the kitchen, and dig here and there the ground, same condition is here.
