Dear Concern,
This is Ashwani, I have bought a ceragem machine in 2017 worth Rs. 135000. I have been promised that the ;life time service is free. I made a complaint after 6 months that machine is not working properly. Their manager Khushbu told me that motor is not working properly and it will be changed. But their owner Pratibha Tripathi asked that its electricity fluctuation and no need to change the motor and asked me to install a inverter. For your kind information, there was not any any electricity fluctuation in my colony or in my home. And the complaint was completely ignored by the owner Pratibha tripathi.
And then the same issue get started after 3 months and it it happened continiously. and after two or three months, three ball tool got defected and stopped working. I made a complaint and and asked to pay 1100 rs. And the cover over machine been charged 2200 rupees to be change.
And again the same defect get started, that the motor stopped working and when i amd ethe complaint again, the the bloody service manager asked me to pa 5500 nad 500 rs for service. And the manager charged me 800 rs for the bulb he planted in machine and said, MOTOR BADALNI PADEGI. but u would have to pay 800 rs.
After some day, I made a complaint about bulb he planted in machine, he said that it will be charged again 500 rs for service.

I neetaben b shah have booked ceragem v3 in nov-2016 offer with mat and made full payment to padmavati health care center jalna in dec 2016 since 6 months have passed not received mat after full payment 2lacs 35 thousand rupees
So please do the needful so that i may receive thermal mat with v3 m/c free

Dear Ceragem Officials,
As per above complaints and post, my problem is also the same. My wife was visiting your center at Civil line near allahabad bank Dist, Jhansi, in Uttar Pradesh. During her visit the centre employees was continuously pressurizing my family to book the machine. They humiliated and insulted her during her visit.
They kept my wife standing in the que for hours in spite of she was the first in the que and said that preference will be given for those who book the machine. Not allowed her for the automatic machine, as she was not able to lay down on the manual one.
After all this humiliation act yesterday the center employees/in-charge refused to allow her therapy and said either you book the machine or don't come for treatment.
All this act is very much different what you people commit in your portal. My request is that if this is your businesses strategy, then no issues you have full right to do your business in your own way, but if it's not so, then kindly do the necessary action against center at Civil line near allahabad bank Dist, Jhansi, in Uttar Pradesh
Please do not play with emotions of the patients and do not make them fool and insulted at the center. The cost of the machine is too high and no middle class family can easily decide to buy it.
Although we were thinking to buy an automatic machine but due to yesterday's act, my family is very much disappointed and decided not to go to the center.
My only request is that please allot your center to people who have manners and patience, otherwise they will harm your reputation and market only.
I have best hopes that you will take a note of that and should do necessary action against centre employees/ in charge center at Civil line near allahabad bank Dist, Jhansi, in Uttar Pradesh
