I purchased a black i jone 4/64 variant from Cex store in phoenix kurla mall on the 27.01.2023

After using the phone a few months, the touch screen was not responsive. I took it to cex who said the store is under renovation and asked me to proceed to the ghatkopar Kurla mall.

They repaired the phone and showed me an error saying UNKNOWN PART. They said they cannot continue my warranty and said I have repaired the phone outside. I promised them, am I mad? To give a phone outside for repair when I have a 2 year warranty from them. They argued and I had to leave the shop. I believe in my opinion they sold my wife a faulty phone or did not show the error to her or by passed it.
They cheated me completely and are now not ready to continue the warranty.
I have don't nothing wrong and never given the phone out to repair

They charged me 32000.00 rupees for the phone.
I am completely cheated by them.

Pls take action immediately.

    I was denied with replacement saying that the product contains earwax and was also denied with the warranty saying that it has only 24 days warranty when it is clearly written on all their stores that they give 24 months warranty and is also written on the bill and i had also received a replacement a year ago. The employees there are real good liars and they tried to misguided me i have alsp attached a file where on the website they say that they give 24 months warranty on everything and when i visited the store they denied this fact. My original order no is kr78806 my customer no is miss shivani pawar (Kr53798) and had purchased this item on 2nd may 2017 and got is exchanged after an year with same issue that the sound output is low and was given exchange with a voucher of 200 rs as the new product costed just 1100rs and when i went to change it again i was misguided by the employees and was denied a replacement i solution for this would be giving me with a replacement or store credit.

      I sold my iphone 6 plus to CEX in thane, mumbai. They gave me a receipt saying they will transfer my money to my bank account Its been 12 days now but no money has been credited to my account yet. Since last 5 days the only answer i get is the money has been transfered to my bank account and it will reflect any minute. I have also contacted my bank regarding the same but my bank says there is no such transaction waiting for clearance. I have also emailed the cex customer care but they are also not helpful. I am going to write a formal complaint to the police station regarding this and take this up legally.
