In the apartment of Prapti Estate, people residing in 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th floor throw garbage from their homes in open area field which is there just next to apartment. With so many years of throwing garbage, the land, though it is outside the apartment boundary, but close to the windows of the houses in the building, it is producing pretty bad smell and it has become a breeding ground for mosquitoes.
