Not getting PF amount

I am ex-employee of cbsl, i joined this group in oct 2005 in patiala (Punjab) & left the group in sept 2006. But after applying so many time i still not receive my pf amount.
So kindly look in to the matter & help me for getting my pf amount.

Grievance Regarding PF amount withdrawal

This is to bring into your kind information that I Mr. Ranjan Kumar Gupta (Resigned Employee from Chola Business Services Ltd - CBSL) had applied for withdrawal of my PF amount bearing PF No. TNMAS[protected] DOJ in CBSL 12 Nov 2012, Last Working day 14th Feb 2015, Employee ID - B0796, Working Place - Ranchi. Unfortunately i have been following the HR deptt of mentioned company since Apr 2015 for completion of the verification process...
