Citi Speed India Courier Complaints & Reviews

I have renewed my ICICI Lombard Insurance for a two wheeler which is dispatched through CITISPEED Courier with AWB NO: S27236336, Mumbai on 19th Feb 2015. But still it has not been delivered to my address and online status (www.citispeedindia.com) is showing as "in transit" till today. I tried to contact them Online but it is not working at all. Mobile number given at website is not correct and no one is picking call at land line numbers.. Please kindly register this complaint and look into it.

But still it has not been delivered to my address and online status (www.citispeedindia.com) is showing as "in transit" till 20th Aug 2014. I tried to contact them Online but it is not working at all. Mobile number given at website is not correct and no one is picking call at land line numbers.. Please kindly register this complaint and look into it.

I was supposed to receive my policy details around 13th June through City Speed courier company. But I haven't received it yet (31st July). Although online status of my airway Bill[protected] is displaying received. From airway bill status it seems it is marked fake delivered, as I am not able to find any recipient name there, instead of name SIGNATURE is written there. How come it can be name of someone. I tried to contact them Online but it is not working at all. Mobile number given at website is not correct and no one is picking call at land line numbers. It is very disappointing and also big threat to security. As there are misplacing documents with very important information.

I have also faced the similler complaint as their web page shows dispatched on 14 Jul 2014 and delivered on 18 Jul 2014., whereas their own web page was showing as "in transit" till 25 Jul 2014. It is appears to be a fradulent service provider. They gave me Bangalore contact number, whereas, they denied to attend my call. Still, courier is undelivered.

I have bought ICICI Lombard Insurance for a two wheeler which is discharged through CITISPEED Courier with AWB NO: S26149992, Mumbai on 10th March 2014. But still it has not been delivered to my address and online status (www.citispeedindia.com) shows that it is dispatched on the 14th March 2014. When I contacted the Mumbai branch of CitiSpeedIndia Courier, they responded in very bad manner and provided a phone number of Hyderabad Branch. I am contacting Hyderabad branch everyday from last 15 days and their response is very rude and they are saying every day that it will be delivered on next day. Please kindly register this complaint and look into it.
