Today on 7th Jan 2020 i have made payment through HDFC NetBanking of rs 349 from airtel app only. My money got deducted but recharge not done. I got below message

With reference to airtel mobile recharge txn id[protected] of rs.509/- has not been completed, i. E the amount of rs.509 deducted from my account through netbanking on 14th oct 2018 but i have not recieved the airtel talk time on mobile, kindly look into this matter and resolve the issue at the earliest by today.
