I’ve made an order on 30th September on Zara. The amount worth of Rs.2990/- got deducted but it wasn’t received at Zara end. Please initiate the refund.

I have a paced an order on Zara app on the 30th of June and the mode of payment selected was upi. So I paid through my upi in google pay for 3170 and the transaction was complete but Zara did not receive the money and the order eventually got cancelled. I request you to please refund my money at the earliest and i want to put forth my disappointment in this payment gateway.
