I have also been conned by City realcom. I have preference share certificate of 500 shares with share certificate No: 22930 and Distinctive No : 1914503 To 1915002 . I have read a news of 16 August 2022 about ED recovering money from Singapore based account of Masood sayyed of 300 crs . Company liquidiation and refund raise
I invested a amount of Rs 107000 in this company on 02/06/2009 as a preference share after investing i got the interest check for 2 months and after that i did got any further checks than i got the news that company got insolvency and all the inverters are on road now i heard that government has helped the investors to get their refunded for some investors . i have a request that can a raise a complaint for refund to the company. i have all the documents with me.

My parents made investment in city realcom for which they have received the cheque but they were able to encash only 2 cheque but later cheque got bounce.
Later on news came that company stopped it's business and money of investors got stuck.
So wanted to confirm when our money will be getting back your help is really needed.

I sincerely state as follows, i booked a City Realcom Package for Rs. 1, 07, 000/-on dated 20.08.2008 vide rcpt. no. 35425 for Rs. 1, 02, 000 /- for 500 Preference shares vide folio no. DCR8140/21382R and Certificate no. 2814, and state at the time of purchase they would offer Rs.7, 775/- each month for Five years. But received money only for 13 months.

I, stephie crasto, had invested in city realcom limited an amount of rs.98000/- vide receipt no.2525 dt.12.04.2009on account on tentative ownershipt of 20sq.ft. in city limouzines (india) ltd vide receipt no.789 dt.12.4.2009 sum of rs.100831/- on account of car finance for omni and in city coop credit society rs.56010/- vide receipt no.1735/- dt.12.4.2009 was told to be a combo scheme. i with great hope am writing this complaint with a request to please help me and tell me how i can recover my amount. hoping for a favourable reply in this regard.

Dear Sir,
I had invested Rs. 128000/- vide File No. 37380 (Receipt no. 9618 and 8480 of dt. 06 Nov.2008) in City realcom Ltd. (City Limouzine India Ltd) signing a contract that I would get 7775/- Rs. per month for 5yrs but my cheque bounced on 15th of August 2009.When enquired I was told that some auditing is going on. And now no reply from city realcom so far about this as nobody attends the telephone. Not able to understand whether its a financial fraud or something else. By all means I am the loser.Please look into this matter so that I can get my money back at the earliest.
This complaint were made on 23 Oct 2009. After that I again logged the complaint in EOW(as instructed by some victims) at Mumbai CST. But so far no action has been taken against the culprit. Now after so many years the required document aslo got misplaced.
I have only this complaint copy in which every thing is mentioned.
Is there any hope of getting my money back.
Please Help.

I am a client of City Realcom Ltd. first i invested 144010 on 10 aug 2009, I received 6cheques of amount Rs. 8800 dated 10 aug 2009 from City Realcom Limited Ltd, I diposited same cheques on 20 sept 2009 in my PNB Bank, but the 1st cheque has been bounced with narration "Insufficent Balance".thereafter i have not recvd any Legal Documents (Agreement & Cheque payments).
I called on City Limouzines India Ltd help line for same, but I didn't get any satisfactory response from help line, I called on "Toll Free / 24X7 Helpline: 23814792" a guy picked the call and he didn't show any interest to resolve my querry/concern. i have inquired in their office they told the case is in High Court till today i have not recd any reply or call from Company.
As per my knowledge and as per company websites "City Limouzines" India Ltd. and ISO approved company. But I am unable to understand that how a cheque of amount Rs. 8800 get bounced with narration "Insufficent Balance"?
I sent mail regarding same on given e mail ID "[protected]@citylimouzines.com" but till date I am not getting any revert from company.
It is very very serious case, If company is going to Fraud then It will impact all investors.

Bouncing of Cheque/Cheating

I had invested of my hard money of Rs.11,00,000/- in City Real com Limited in 8 schemes from 2007 to 2009. Beginning it was very fine but from August, 2009 the cheques started bouncing from the Banks. When I have complained to the company, they told me that the Statutory Auditing is going on, so please do not deposit the cheques issued further instructions.
Then I came to know form local newspapers & TV news about their Fraud.They had cheated millions of innocent people around the country millions of Rupees. Again, keeps hiding & arrest of Chairman & Directors of the Company showing proof of their cheating.
Now I requesting you do something to get back our hard earning money.

I was promised Rs.17541.00 each month for five years.

NON PAYMENT OF INVESTMENT RETURN, NEITHER THE PRINCIPAL INVESTMENT AMOUNT

Dear Sir,
I had invested Rs.125510.00 and Rs.128010.00 in City Realcom Limited on 14/03/2009 and 04/06/2009 respectively vide their receipt no.9560 Dated: 14/03/09 for Rs.93500.00 from City Realcom Limited and Receipt no.3137 Dated: 14/03/09 for Rs.32010.00 from City Co-operative Credit Society, Mumbai and vide their receipt no.6190 Dated: 04/06/09 for Rs.96000.00 from City Realcom Limited and Receipt no.20748 Dated: 04/06/09 for Rs.32010.00 from City Co-operative Credit Society, Mumbai. And, the Company had promised to Pay a Sum of Rs.7775.00 and Rs.8800.00 for 60 Months consecutively and issued PDC which had been subsequently dishonored. Company also made stamped agreement and as per the agreement if company fails his commitment then company has to pay interest on defaulted amount @ 24% per annum. Further, company had issued 500 preferential shares of Rs.100.00 each amounting to Rs.50000.00 on 2nd occasion, but, failed to issue the same on 1st occasion. Also, company issued Original Stamped agreement on 1st occasion and issued photocopy of stamped agreement on 2nd occasion.
Hence, I request you kindly, do the needful, and help me in getting back my hard earned money.

non payment of rent per month

non payment of monthly rent. Initially i have paid rs. 1,27,010 for which city Realcom ltd assured me to give monthly rent of rs. 7775 for 5 years whereas at first i have received six cheques of rs. 7775 each on 1.11.2008 and all the cheques were credited in my account without any problem, however, the second issue of six cheques which received on 11.06.2009 for the monthly rent of june to nov 2009 where on credit of three cheques the fourth cheque of ABN AMRO bank was bounced back due to insufficient funds. Further i have not received any rent from the company till date neither any response given by the company in spite of repeated reminder. Not even responding on telephone too. I am not getting any idea how to get the money back. Please help me out to get the hard core money back from the company and also guide me how to proceed further and whom to approach.

I am R Selvamuthu from Coimbatore. I have invested a total of Rs.134000/-(Rupees one lakh thity four thousand and ten only through cheques dt 26.9.2008 in City Realcom Ltd, Bangalore.out of which Rs. one lakh invested for the tentative ownership of 29 sq, ft(area on city real com projects) and Rs.500/- for the share capital, Rs.500/-for permanent deposit and Rs.31, 000/- fpr fixed deposit in City co-operative credit society Ltd, Mumbai-26.
I got the preference share certificates for 500 shares of Rs100/- per share. The date of issue is 11.10.2008 and it was matured on 10.10.2013. I already received a monthly income of Rs.7775/- from 11.11.2008 to 11.7.2009 for nine month only, and further the cheque could not materialised and bounced back. Thereafter problem arised and peoples went to court.I didnt receive any sort of reply from the City realcom Ltd, or from their counsel. Kindly do the needful so that i can get me my hard money back with interest.
