Non receipt of payment
I Krishna Mhatre, invested Rs. 90,000 in City Hospitalities (India) Ltd. on 20.07.09 & got receipt (receipt no: 10541 & 10542).
As per the company policy I should be getting cheques for the payment done but I have not recd any intimation from your end. I read many things about this company in paper about meetings but I did not recd any further intimation about the refund of money.
I need my money back...

I am a client of City Realcom Ltd. first i invested 139000 on 14 april 2009, I received 3 cheques of amount Rs. 8800 dated as 14-Aug-2009 from City Realcom Limited Ltd, I diposited same cheques on 14-Aug-2009 in my Bank, but the 4th cheque has been bounced with narration "Insufficent Balance".thereafter i again invested 189000 on 10 Aug 2009 in which i have not recvd any Legal Documents (Agreement...

With extreme disappointment I bring to notice of all concerned, that I have invested in Real Estate Development project of City Realcom Limited. To this effect, City Realcom Limited has issued 500 nos Preference Shares bearing Certificate no. 17727 in June 2009.

Me and my wife have invested money in your company for 5 years. I will not get installment of Rs. 7775 from last 3 months. I got only 5 months installments. I want my money back so please inform me when shall I get my money. Is there any source to contact u I will not get your letter. Reply soon...

Fraud with Investments
My Father Mr. Ghanshyam Sharma has invested Rs. 130,000 in City Realcom Ltd. and as per written duplicate copy of agreement, they have issued PDC'S of Rs. 7775/-. Which we are depositing every month. From July 2009 we have received SMS to deposit the cheque in few future dates, which is also been passed. No News after that. Please look into it and help to get our money back asap. I was deposit cheque No. 612898 dated 02.09.2009 for Rs.7,775/- drawn on ABN Amro Bank,Barakhamba Road, Himalaya House, New Delhi-1, but it was reject with the region that no fund available.
