i have invested in city realcom but still company not response what is the exact reason.

City Realcom Limited — Stop Payment of Cheque

My parents (Mr O.P Kapoor & Mrs Shashi kapoor )has invested our hard core earning more then 2 lac Rs in this company but now we have come to know that all investor of this company facing difficulty for the stop payment of their cheques.we are very much worried about that we don't have much money to recover from this type of burning please help us to come out and suggest what should we do Thanks Vijay Kapoor

City Realcom Ltd — Regarding Payment against Income Cheque

Dear Sir,

I have invested Rs.260000/- & got monthly income cheques which is not cleared from august 09

I had taken loan form city bank & invested in your company. and i have been paid only interest on that amount was Rs.90,000/-

Now company has been closed no response from your side & also no cummunication from your side

My relative told compaint against company in cunsumer court . Now i will be taken an action on this matter very soon after 15th october

City Realcom Limited — BOUNCING OF CHEQUES

I HAD DEPOSITED S9OME SUM IN CITY REALCOM, A SUBSDIARY OF CITY LIMOUZINES. INITIALLY, THE COMPANY STARTED ISSUING CHEQUES IN A LOT OF 2-3 CHEQUES, THEN AFTER SOMETIME THEY STARTED ISSUING CHEQUES IN PIECE-MEAL OF ONE OR TWO CHEQUES.

WHEN I MADE COMPLAINT, I RECEIVED 4 CHEQUES IN A LOT AND OUT OF THESE CHEQUES, CHEQUES FOR THE MONTH OF AUGUST,2009 HAD BOUNCED AND WHEN IN TRIOED TO CONTACT DELHI, THERE WAS NO RESPONSE FOR THE CHEQUE FOR THE MONTH OF SEPTEMBER,2009. MUMBAI OFFICE ON BEING CONTACTED TOLD ME NOT THE DEPOSIT THE CHEQUE FOR SEPTEMBER,2009.

I WAS PROMISED THAT SOME SOLUTION WILL BE REACHED IN NEXT FEW DAYS AND I WILL RECEIVED THE AMOUNT OF BOUNCED CHEQUES AND OTHER CHEQUES.

WHEN I WENT PERSONALLY DELHI OFFICE, FIRST OF ALL SECURITY STAFF OF THE PREMISES DID NOT ALLOW ME TO GO UP STATING THAT POLICE IS NOT ALLOWING ANYONE TO VISIT THEIR OFFICE. THEN BY SOME WAY I MANIPULATED ENTRY IN THE BUILDING AND I WAS SHOCKED TO SEE THAT NONE WAS AVAILABLE THERE AND ONLY A COPY OF FIR WAS PASTED ON THE PREMISES.

I DO NOT KNOW WHEN THE MEETINGS OF SHAREHOLDERS/CREDITORS WILL BE HELD TO RESOLVE THE CRISIS, BUT OUR HARD-EARNED MONEY IS STUCK-UP WITH NO HOPE FOR POOR PEOPLE LIKE ME.

WE PRAY TO GOD TO ALLOW THE COMPANY TO RELEASE THE MONEY AT AN EARLY DATE.

City Limouzines(India) Ltd & City realcom Limited — check bounce

Dear sir I have invested my hard urn-ed money in City limouzines (India) Ltd. Rs 1,40,000 in Sep 07 and Rs 60,000.in City real com Limited in Apr 09 and i received the cheque of Rs 7000/month for five year and Rs 3690/month or three years as per the company agreement.
total 23 cheques of Rs 7000/- has been credited in my account against investment of Rs 1,40,000.and only 04cheques of Rs 3690/- has been credited in my account against investment of Rs 60,000. other cheques are bounced in bank when deposited after 14 Aug 09. someone please tell us when our principle amount will be return to us.

I have also invested money in City realcom ltd and the cheques were bounced from last two months and there is no any information from the City realcom Ltd. Please help & advice.

City Realcom Limited — investment fraud

I invested Rs.107000/- dated 10/03/09 in city Realcom and i got assurance to get, 60 post dated cheque for Rs. 7775/- each and Rs. 50000/- after 5 years, but after 4 cheque the 5th cheque bounced and office of the company is closed. I also want to File the Complaint how i can do

City Realcom Ltd. — Non-receipt of amount

I deposited Rs.1,27,010 against file number 28386/R at your delhi office on dated 13th Jan 2009. Only 3 cheques amounting Rs. 7775 each were encashed. Later on the cheque bounced. It was my hard earned money. It is requested to concern the matter & return the money.

City limouzine/City Realcom Ltd — Non-payment of Principal Amount and Interest of investment

Sir,

I have invested some money in the City Realcom Ltd on 15 Jan 2008 and they have issued me with preference Share Certificates maturing on 14 Jan 2013. Aongwith it they also issued post dated of AMRO ABN Bank for Rs.7775/- to be encashed every month. The system worked for few months and thereafter the cheques started bouncing. Thus, the company neither returned the principal amount nor paid the promised monthly interest as per pre-dated cheques. Please do something to get back my hard earned money. There are hundreds of thousands of investors all over india in this company.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am a client of City Realcom Ltd. first i invested 144010 on 10 aug 2009, I received 6cheques of amount Rs. 8800 dated 10 aug 2009 from City Realcom Limited Ltd, I diposited same cheques on 20 sept 2009 in my PNB Bank, but the 1st cheque has been bounced with narration "Insufficent Balance".thereafter i have not recvd any Legal Documents (Agreement & Cheque payments).

I called on City Limouzines India Ltd help line for same, but I didn't get any satisfactory response from help line, I called on "Toll Free / 24X7 Helpline: 23814792" a guy picked the call and he didn't show any interest to resolve my querry/concern. i have inquired in their office they told the case is in High Court till today i have not recd any reply or call from Company.

As per my knowledge and as per company websites "City Limouzines" India Ltd. and ISO approved company. But I am unable to understand that how a cheque of amount Rs. 8800 get bounced with narration "Insufficent Balance"?

I sent mail regarding same on given e mail ID "[protected]@citylimouzines.com" but till date I am not getting any revert from company.

It is very very serious case, If company is going to Fraud then It will impact all investors.
I request you please take legal action against City Realcom Ltd.

We have been advised for not to deposit monthly cheques issued by company for August09 & September 09 without disclosing the real problem facing by company.

It is not yet made clear by company till date the action taken by them for solving the problem of finance by company.

I am Najeeb Ahmed from Hassan city of Karnataka.. I had invested arount 2, 60, 000.00 in City Realcom.. I invested in the month of february 2009 and i have encashed only 6 cheques so far..
What about my rest money which is lying with you? My 2 cheques have got bounced..
Please let me know when can i get the money back from you? Whether i will get my hard earned money back or not?
