This is to bring to your kind notice that I have placed the request for Aakhiv patrika on Dated. 25/10/2021 after that I have been told to visit office after 15 days.

When I did they told to wait for months because they are have last 2 months pending work. After a month I again revisited the City Survey Office Nagpur, now the person who was responsible was not available the other fellow told to call them and I did the same but they didnt even pick the call. After doing several follow ups the person was delaying by saying come after 15 days or will do come after 1 month.

Inspite of the claims made by the City Survey Office that the it will be done within a span of one month,

In my case nearly Four months have passed but still I didn't received the aakhiv patrika inspite of providing all the required documents.

Today, Dated:[protected] I called Once again and messaged whatsapp him and I've been documenting the conversations. I did't see any progress from them they are just ignoring me and maybe several others are suffering just like me.

So, I request you kindly look into the matter so that the common man should not suffer.

We had applied for induction our names in the akhiv patrika and have provided all the necessary documents. We have also done follow ups visiting the office 6 to 7 times as they return us saying that it will take another 30 days.

Please take necessary actions against the officials.

We belong to Ambazari Mouza and the applicant name is Sangita Deshmukh

We have applied for induction of our name in akhiv patrika in February 2021, but the officials are not completing the process even after giving every required documents time and again.

Please do the needful by taking appropriate action against those officials.

I brought a new flat in dabha area so I went to city survey office for mutation but they are not accepting applications for flat mutations, i have already visited city survey office 10 times but no one ia ready to help in that office, if we ask something they not giving proper answers instead they are behaving rudely. They are people servants but they are not operating like that. They accept applications if you give 100 or 200 rs bribe, I saw this with my own eyes. Mr. mohite is the senior officer there but i dont think so he is having any control over his employees. I am working in private sector I cant take regular leaves and visit city office.

I have applied for permission of construction of house on date 22.10.2020 but I don't get it till date. Application no 11041 . Kindly resolve my issue and give me permission and demand note too

I have the application for mutation name at city survey office to update my name on my house. But till date i have not received any update from the city survey office nor they are providing any information where the process is stuck. I want to know how to deal with this situation .Do i need to file any RTI against them . Kindly suggest.

Nothing will happen to this corrupted people. They are the rangdaar and dalal of city survey Nagpur. This site of consumer complaint is dummy site. It is for just relaxation to common people for a few minutes that they had launched a cimplaint again tht corrupted people. Without taken money from com

I miss Suchita Bhaisare has submitted the proposal for recording my name in city survey on dtd. 27.06.2013. after that quries are raised by the office vide letter no. ता . मौझा नारी/ बारनिशी क्र. ८०१/१३/ २०१३ दि. १०/०७/२०१३ in which it was asked to submit the AFFIDAVIT mentioning old plot No. and new plot no.For which i have submitted all required documents and rectified the queries by my letter on dtd. 19.08.2013 (receipt on dt. 26.08.2013) .
Further more i also again submitted the letter on dtd. 13.03.2014 along with documents (AFFIDAVIT And the letter of NIT ) on which it is clearly mention that my new plot no is 225 instead of old no.26.
Till date I have submitted following documents to the city survey office time to time ;-
1) Registry
2) Mutation ( आखीव पत्रिका )
3) R.L Letter
4) NIT Lease Deed
5) Affidavit
6) NIT letter
7) Agreement Bond
8) Possession Letter
9) Will
Moreover it is regretted to state that, no of times I personally visited the office in this regard but no one answers me also the Office In charge Mr. Hamjade ( City survey officer no.2) was never on the table . In all such condition my proposal is pending at city survey office with no reason which clearly leads to mental harassment and economic loss.
Also it is to mention here that loan for purchase of this plot has been already sanctioned by SBI on dtd. 18.4.2013 and i have to apply for the home loan for construction for which the time period for completion of the construction is within 2 years from 18.04.2014. Due to such delay in process from your end, almost 1 year of time period has been wasted.
Therefore it's my humble request to look in the matter personally.

Late Smt.Indira Wasudeo Rahudkar purchased a house property for a consideration at 60, 000/- on 18.02.1984. The Said Property is situated at Nagpur bearing Municipal Corporation No.533-A, Ward No. 34, Ruikar Path, Mouza Nagpur, Circle No.7, Division No. 2, Chalta No 269/1 and 269/2, sheet No.89, admeasuring area 117.122 Sq.Mts. The property was purchased with the Family Funds on the name of Smt . Indira Wasudeo Rahudkar. Shri . Sanjiv Wasudeo Rahudkar the Eldest Son of Shri. Wasudeo Rahudkar and late Smt. Indira Wasudeo Rahudkar died in 1990 and till date is survived by a wife Smt. Bharati Sanjiv Rahudkar and a daughter Adv.Purva Vipul Kawli. who also have their share in the above said property because the property has been bought with the FAMILY FUNDS. Smt. Pratibha Gajanan Deulkar, Age 58 yrs, Occu- Housewife.R/o Ruiker Road, Badkas Chowk, Nagpur applied for Mutation of the above said property . She does have a will or a Successtion Certificate of Late Smt .Indira Wasudeo Rahudkar regarding this property and still she applied for MUTATION. And THE CITY SURVEY OFFICIALS without even verifying the contents of the application accepted her application which is even more shocking.

I, Sanjay C. Katkar (Mobile no.[protected]), wish to bring to your kind notice the hardship that I have been facing at City Survey Office, Nagpur.

On 09th December, 1995 I had purchased plot no.98 and 99 admeasuring 168 sq.mtrs located at khasra no.151/2, 152/2, 153/2 at Shivangaon from M/s.Niwasinee Griha Nirman Sahakari Sanstha (Ltd.), Nagpur. Agreement for Sale was executed on 09th December, 1995. Subsequently, Deeds of Sale were executed on 09th April, 1997 for plot no. 98 admeasuring 84 sq. mtrs. and on 10th April, 1997 for plot no.99 admeasuring 84 sq.mtrs. between M/s.Niwasinee Griha Nirman Sahakari Sanstha (Ltd.), Nagpur and myself. However, subsequently both these plots were acquired by Government for MIHAN project.

In order to get compensation from Government, I was required to get mutation of both these plots in my name in City Survey Office, Nagpur. Hence, on 28 December, 2010, I had given an application along with an affidavit and all other necessary papers at City Survey Office for mutation of plot no.98 and 99 admeasuring 168 sq.mtrs in my name located at Shivangaon under khasra no.151/2, 152/2, 153/2.There after I have followed up several times with City Survey Office, Nagpur. However, as I do not stay at Nagpur it was not possible for me to go to City Survey Office, Nagpur regularly. Hence, I requested one of my cousins to follow-up with City Survey Office, Nagpur. My cousin has also visited City Survey Office, Nagpur at least 10 to 15 times; but the concerned official Mr. Bhoyar (Mobile no.[protected]) is not available most of the time in his seat. He comes to office at around 3.00 p.m. and sometimes he does not come to office at all. My cousin met him at least two-three times and every time Mr.Bhoyar gave some excuse or the other and asked my cousin to come some other time.

Till date my work has not been done (My application is pending with City Survey Office, Nagpur since 28.12.2010).

Recently on 08.04.2012, I spoke to Mr.Bhoyar on his mobile to enquire about my pending work. That time he told me that he gets hundreds of such applications and he cannot look into every matter. Till date Mr.Bhoyar has not told me about any short coming in my application nor has he done my work which is pending with him for the last 16 months.

Meanwhile, I have received a letter from The Deputy Collector (Land Acquisition), Nagpur to collect the amount of compensation from his office. However, to get that compensation amount I need to submit a copy of Aakhiv Patrika from City Survey Office.

In view of the above, I request you to kindly look into the matter so that City Survey Office, Nagpur completes the mutation work immediately.

This is to bring to your kind notice that to do mutation from City Survey Office is not a common mans task. I Dr. Zafar Ahmad Faruqui resident of 4/C Fourth Floor Achraj Tower 1 , Chhaoni, Mouza- Jaripatka, Distt. Nagpur has applied for mutation of above mentioned flat of mine and my brother Dr. Arif Ahmad Faruqui's flat ( Flat No. 3 /B Achraj Tower 1 Chhaoni,Mouza- Jaripatka, Nagpur) at the same time on 30/06/2010 after that I have done the follow up for the above case for nearly 25 times since then, but till now I haven't recieved any Notice/ Deficiency Letter nor my name has been mutated in the City Survey Record, Nagpur.

Inspite of the claims made by the City Survey Office that the mutation will be done within a span of one month , In my case nearly Eight months have passed but my mutation has not been done.

So, you are Kindly requested to look into the matter so that the common man should not suffer .
