I have received wrong saree against order.
I have ordered pink colour designer silk saree however received poor quality blue colour saree.
I want my money back.

I purchased 2 sarees worth rs.2150/- but received some other products with absolutely poor quality . When I called for return & refund, the company dint reply & blocked me .

I have ordered a silk saree from clothystore. in but I have received different saree.As the saree is totally different from which I ordered (my order :green color designer silk saree)

I have sent mail to clothystore.[protected]@gmail.com three times. No response.

I purchase sil saree from clothy store.. but received Wrong saree and damaged.. I mail to on his mail id but no any reply given by tha firm..

I have ordered a baby blue colour saree on 18 September 2020 with ORDER CS4769., but received a green colour saree which is very much faded and defective, I have also sent an email to their mail-id but no response and there is no customer care number too. Just now I have received my order by COD
order number is CS7161 . The Order is completely different and the quality is worst .
There is no proper contact number for customer care, we have tried few numbers which are switched off .

Even your domain identity is also hiden, just now check on who.is site, I think your site is build on shopify - specially build for this purpose only .

I need a complete refund of my order, please arrange the return pickup and refund my amount immediately .

They send b waste and damage saree i order 1200rs saree bt they just send me b very cheap saree when i asked for my money back they ask me for my personal details my atm pin upi pin etc taking [censored]s bt not giving response ti giving money back

Fraud, he should be punished.
He should be stop doing these kind of fraudulent work.

I have purchased saree from this web site, I haven't received the track ID, but the order success call received and the order placed successfully with cash on delivery payment option. After few days I received order via delivery and the cash payment played to delivery boy.

The product received is completely deferent and it is seems to be used and washed Saree. Iam placed the return request via email as instructed in the clothystore.in web site. But still now I am not received any response from the clothystore.

It seems like fraudulent.

I have ordered for a green saree which costs around 1000 but i received a brown coloured used saree.I want my money back asap.

I ordered one product but received other product which has curry stains on it, looks like used product. When I tried for return, tgey are not even responding to emails. Need to take severe actions on these kind of sellers for cheating customers.

These people 1st send wrong product. then they do not return the money back....

I have ordered a product (multi colour saree) but I have recieved another type of saree. So please take that saree and return my money .

Even after receiving so many complaints from customer they are again delivery products from that website

I had ordered two sarees from the website for rs.2198/-. However on opening the courier parcel, to my surprise, there were two sarees of poor quality and different sarees [which i had not ordered]. It was sent through delhivery couriers. There is no reply f for the email sent by me to the clothystore.in

No one is responding to our return process and refund, at least u people should take responsibility for sending wrong item nd when we are asking refund..no response at all. Do check your mails.. not
one I've send so many mails, till now I haven't received any respond! this is how u treat your customers? And the product quality is horrible.. This is not expected, when we are paying for item, the least we expect is quality nd how could u send a completely opposite item? U people are soo irresponsible

Ordered for captivating green colour designer saree but recieved a red colour inferior quality saree. There was no address or contact number in the invoice. Waste of money.

I confirmed this is most fraudulent during this diwali time. So please take action with this clothystroe.in.

I ordered two saree from the website clothystore.in of rs. 2448.
The saree which i received is the used saree and torn also not similar to the pictures provided by them in their website.
There is no contact number given in the website for compliant.
