Club Marriott – Membership Benefits Denied Repeatedly Despite Availability.
I am a paid Club Marriott member since October 2024 (Membership No.[protected] and I am extremely disappointed with the way my membership benefits have been handled.

Despite raising this issue multiple times over the past several months, including submitting a formal written complaint, there has been no proper resolution or corrective action from Club Marriott's side. The responses have been generic and evasive, with no accountability or redressal.

Every single attempt I have made to avail my complimentary stay benefit — a key part of the membership — has been denied under the blanket excuse of “non-availability.” This includes my most recent request for 8th June 2025, which was also rejected despite being made in advance and despite verified room availability on the requested date.

I have personally visited the hotel and found rooms to be available on several of the dates for which my booking requests were denied. This confirms that Club Marriott is engaging in misrepresentation and deceptive practices, and not honoring the benefits promised at the time of membership.

This pattern of conduct constitutes a serious breach of contract, deficiency in service, and unfair trade practice under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

I seek:
1) A written explanation from Club Marriott,
2) Immediate redressal including fulfillment of my stay benefit or refund of the membership fees,

Until resolution, I request Club Marriott to refrain from sending any further promotional or service-related communication.

    Club Marriott membership is simply a fraud Membership. I Vikas Gupta([protected]) and my friend Ankur Gupta([protected]) took the club Marriott membership on aug(2021). But they did not provide complimentary room in Westin sohna in aug 2021. They told us that we have to book the room 30 days prior to get the confirm room booking in westin Sohna. So try it next time. So we did the same. But still did not get the confirm booking.

    We request the booking for 14th Aug2022 to 15th Aug2022 on 13th July through mail. But they denied both the booking. How can this be possible as we can book the room through other agents like booking.com and makemytrip.com. How can they have the inventory but Club Mariott themselves are not having any inventory for the selected date.

    Does your process of membership only means that enrolling the member but not giving any allotments to them.

    We have been chasing Club Marriott for this stay for the past 1 year. But no one gave a satisfactory response in 1 year and now Our membership is going to expire in 15 days.
    We Requested to please give us either the inventory for Aug 14 for 1 night or refund our membership money. But they simply denied.

    They are trying to FOOL the customers by giving the memberships.

    All others are requested not to take the membership from this Fraud Club Marriott.
