Hello sir,

This is manikandan I staying Thiruvanchery past 5 year . There are more then 500 families living here. All are using one road there is no another road. We’re facing so many issue some unable access the road too. Survey number - 69, 71, 72 and 73. We raised so many complains but no one take action . Now new school also come here scroll name Sri Chaitanya Techno School Thiruvanchery Can you please check and take action .

Our neighbor is building next to our apartment without leaving bear minimum of 3 feet between the two building.He has only 865 sq feet according to EC but his house looks like a 1000 sq feet mansion.He is not building what he has got approval for...He is definitely breaking all norms and building without the building rules and regulation. He has blocked light and ventilation in my brothers apartment.The patta is in the name of Pitchai survey number 473/94.His address is 16 East spur tank road (major ramanathan salai east) Egmore, Chennai 600008 near Dr Abraham clinic.

I would like to report on illegal construction of the building / premises where the shop Sekar mart ( Sekar emporium) is conducting business.
There has been illegal construction going on in this place .

Kindly make the concerned officials to check it out .

Dear CMDA,

Our apartment building is 25 years old and foundation soil is clay. Roof live load as per IS CODE 875 part-2(1987) page -7 clearly states that 3Kn/m2 but i found 16no.s unauthorized sintex water tank (1000 litres capacity ) overloaded at roof resulting in cracks at roof slab and beams. I had informed about this to my flat owners but no cares and informed to JBN association too, no action taken so far. Recently 3 weeks before one of our flat renovation works such as hacking the wall resulting in serious cracks in wall and slab for other 4 flats. You now comes to know about the seriousness of building, kindly visit our building ASAP and take remedial action to remove unauthorized water tank and ensure the safety for the building.

Unauthorized construction at 2/1, 22nd street, Jainagar owned by Ms. Suganthi. Corporation of Chennai already served notice for stop work. But continuously the construction work is going on deviating regulations and joining our compound wall. Requesting your goodselves for swift action. Many thanks

Sir I want to complaint against a building in sunguvarchatiram in molachur village sriperubundhur taluk.the building is located in thiruvalluvur road opposite to city union bank ATM is constructed with basement, . ground floor, and four floors.they have shown only 6000sqft in plan approval but they constructed more 16000sqft. There is no spaces for emergency exit, the building is fully sorrounded by residential homes and there is no parking facilities also.the property is in the name of dhanalakshmi and building name is dhanalakshmi mall.kindly inspect the building and ensure the safety all workers and consumer

My Name is Siddhiq, I would like to inform this subject, in Chennai, Keelkattalai, ambal Nagar, 13th Street, end of street that house holding person illegally block the road and occupied the govt Road and do illegal construction for he own use we are all trying to stop but that person not in mind, so kindly do the Legal action and clear the Road for public use

Two buildings under construction on these plots are having setback violations on all the four (4) sides.
I. E. Set back on: front side - nil; back side - nil; both sides - nil
One of the building is encroaching on the road also.

I would like to complaint on the illegal construction in thiruvanmiyur. Am a resident of teachers colony, next to the mentioned below people construction there house with no proper approval. Address of illegal construction.

As one person have blocked the road and constructed house thereby disturbing the house near to them by blocking their front entrance of the house. That who also resides in the same flat, is building a new floor in the apartment door no:2 jayaram nagar 2nd floor measure 1064 sqft. He did not get the permission from the cmda in that area, govt allowed to build ground+1 floor. But he tries to build one more floor which is totally against to the law and to original plan of the building

Can you please take some action to stop the additional construction happening currently in our area

I am a resident of Anand Apartments on Dr. Ranga Road, Mylapore, Chennai 600 004. Our neighbor at No. 58 ( Old 98) Dr. Ranga Road, Mylapore, Chennai 600 004 is constructing buildings for petty shops/ restaurants without providing for the necessary offsets, parking etc. in an area that is classified as a 'Primary Residential Use Zone' . This is in violation of the Chennai City Municipal Corporation Act, 1919 and the rules in Chennai City Building Rules, and is without attention to infrastructure like water, sewerage capacity, fire safety and parking. By this complaint I am requesting the Corporation of Chennai to issue a stop-work notice, failing which we will have to move a complaint to the High Court.

I have settled down at Urappakkam on Guruvayurappan Street, for past 17 years. Opposite to my house a litigation property has brought by Mr. Malaiswamy from CMDA dept. and family. There occupy in the public road, the public road consist of 16 feet and occupying 14 feet on the road. I have spent my fifteen years for the Indian national army for the Indian people but at last I couldn’t get even rights on the public road also. I have request for him for not occupying the road, they have warned me and my wife and some of the photographs and videos for the proof.

I would like to compliant on the Irregular construction in Ganesh Nagar, Madipakkam. Am a resident of Plot No.2 apartment, Next to my apartment on 4th Cross Street, an irregular construction is coming up. As per CMDA rule Section 25 planning parameters Table 1 ( ordinary residential building and other small buildings ) they should construct at least abutting 1 m from all the sides including front side .But on the above address they not even a left 1 feet in all the sides and including front road side .
My sincere request to enforcement cell to visit the location and restrict the construction and insist them to follow up the rules laid by the CMDA .

In our building, our residents Flat no 7 and 8 on the top floor constructed semi-permanent roof and toilet, which is not in the original approved plan by CMDA. This space was originally show as open space for those flats and the water lines from the roof tank was running through that open space along their walls.
