Road issue we dont have road in thiruvanchery

This is manikandan I staying Thiruvanchery past 5 year . There are more then 500 families living here. All are using one road there is no another road. Neighbour's constrction

Address:No 16 East Spur tank road ,Egmore,Chennai 600008

Our neighbor is building next to our apartment without leaving bear minimum of 3 feet between the two building.He has only 865 sq feet according to EC but his house looks like a 1000 sq feet mansion.He is not building what he has got approval for...He is definitely breaking all norms and building without the building rules and regulation. CMDA - Sekar mart unauthorised construction

Hello sir,
I am a resident of 1st cross street, united india colony, Kodambakkam, Chennai.

I would like to report on illegal construction of the building / premises where the shop Sekar mart ( Sekar emporium) is conducting business.
There has been illegal construction going on in this place .

Our apartment building is 25 years old and foundation soil is clay. Roof live load as per IS CODE 875 part-2(1987) page -7 clearly states that 3Kn/m2 but i found 16no.s unauthorized sintex water tank (1000 litres capacity ) overloaded at roof resulting in cracks at roof slab and beams. Illegal construction of buildings violating all rules

Sir I want to complaint against a building in sunguvarchatiram in molachur village sriperubundhur taluk.the building is located in thiruvalluvur road opposite to city union bank ATM is constructed with basement, . ground floor, and four floors.they have shown only 6000sqft in plan approval but they constructed more 16000sqft.
