Dear sirs,

With reference to the above subject, and my earlier below email, please be informed that till today pension fund didn't start remittance to my mother's account i. E. Mrs ambika devi (W/o late p s karthikeyan nair), we would like to draw your kind attention once again that myself vijay k son of late sri p s karthikeyan nair and my mother mrs. Ambika devi (W/o late sri p s karthikeyan nair) had visited darbhanga house january 1st week 2016 to complete the dad's pension related formalities and also enrolled the medicare scheme and my mother got the medical card and we were done all the formalities related to the remittances of pension scheme, but sorry to say that till today nothing action/nor any further procedure in the matter. As my mother is staying in kerala and she is having several health issues to do the day to day activities thereafter she went to sbi cheripilly branch for frequent follow up. Hence, requesting your goodself to kindly have a look for the same and do the needful on most priority basis.

Sir, your kind and immediate action is invited till now that myself (On behalf of my mother, w/o late sri p s karthikeyan nair (Deceased on 4th june 2014) even after submitting all the documents to ccl, darbhaga house, ranchi still waiting pension remittance which is didn't yet started t to my mother's account (Sbi a/c no.[protected] sbi cheriapilly, branch code 8605, p. O north parur kerala-683519.

Therefore irequest you to look into the matter and do the needfull.
