Didnt give my money while playing games in their app i want that money...

Not giving the money I won.it is a mall in which there is a game in which we have to predict the colour that appears in the series of number.if the prediction is right then the money doubles.but the mall doesn't have my money I won .and saying that they won't give the money if the winning amount is huge...
