I worked at Cogent for 2 years as an CC Escalation team Axis Bank shantiniketan building Bangalore after that I resigned from by job and it got approved got the signed letter from OM but that people forgot to update in their Ems but I was not informed about that after a month when I go for a FNF they told me it was not updated due his manager and told me to work for one more month but I denied and they told we will mail to team or something that they will help me but it's been 6 months no one helped just it's like I have wasted my time working over there.. I have all the proofs of resignation so am gona complaint it for higher people or to the court can't leave them and waste my 2 years of experience

I am working in cogent banglore Whitefield prestige santinikatan location for 7month in a banking support I am writing to inform my TL Roshan pasha and AM Sandeep is harassing me to do saleing I completely remainbaoure at the time of joining hr department said me you have take inbound call for axis Bank customer salary would be 18000 ctc take would be 17000 pf will bi not deducted and if you can do the sale you will get a incentive if you can't do the sale you will not get incentive so I have made a mistake and joined cogent now Sandeep and Roshan both are forcing me do sales all the product of axis Bank
When I asked for registration or to put paper they blackmailing me for termination

I worked with Cogent Services for 1 month but later wasn't able to continue with them. I resigned on 15 July and asked 5-6 seniors for notice period where they informed no notice period for me as I was not on floor. They asked me not to login. Now they are neither releasing salary nor responding calls. Their Payroll HR Megha has cold behavior and is neither answering calls nor messages. They should understand that I want a status and it's my right. If they gave me a wrong resignation direction then it's not my fault

Their main work is not outsourcing, their main work is cheating the people. And rahul will be in jail as soon as possible. Guys please do not take any projects from cogent. They will give work and keep on the instructions based on the qc. Writing about them is also waste of time. They will not regret. Be aware of the scammers. Do not try any bpo process from delhi unless you directly get from clients....
