Technical issues in Cognizent interview process onboarding!

Yesterday morning, I got an email from Cognizant regards the onboarding process. But, I am facing some technical issues while accessing the registration page.
Actually, I had already a Microsoft Account from my personal email id, and I was again registering an account with the same email id.
That's why these technical issues were raised. And I did not get any procedures who have already a Microsoft account from the same email id.
I am sharing some screenshots of that page where I am in trouble for logging in. Please try to find the attachments.
I was trying to login & I have an existing account from: [email protected]
Kindly help me to complete this onboarding process smoothly.

offer letter on hold
I had given interview with cognizant in kandhanchavadi, chennai on march 2nd skills plsql developer. After clearing technical, managerial, hr round, after that they gave me one form as i filled up that and given to them then they said that offer letter will be released in a week. But its been 2 months now they haven't released offer letter. I mailed the hr saying business has said to keep the offer letter on hold and they will release the offer letter once business gives go ahead. After that, i haven't received any updates. Almost 2 months completed but i didn't get the offer letter...
