This is a trading app where we plan and make investments in cryptocurrencies. I found that the withdrawal option is not available and asks to contact the coinDCX support. I raised the concern and they start asking for my PAN details and sends a form to fill. Just now I have sent 6th email of the day with the unexplained form and they keep saying something is missing. The coin dcx platform is an crypto platform .For trading i send an amount 500 but not received in my crypto wallet and i register a complain on 23rd January .But till now i am not received my amount .
And everytime they are saying we are working on your case.

Dear Sir I have deposited money in coin dcx through paytm Rs 25000 but money not received there transaction failed but money is deducted from bank it has been 12 days but they are not replying me plz help me

I had made a transaction of Rs 4500 on 9th May, 2021 from mobikwik. The amount was deducted from my mobikwik account but not credited in CoinDcx wallet. They are not solving my problem only the are telling is to wait how much i have to wait its been 8 days.
They are not doing anything.
