I have tried to contact the customer care service many times regarding this issue. I want to delete my account permanently, but they always automatically close the ticket by stating that you should just disable the account. I don't intend to use coindcx again, they don't seem to understand that I want to delete account permanently.

I made a deposit req about a week ago of 19k but still haven't received the funds in my wallet.Yhe payment was successful on mobiquik but coindcx just rejected the payment when I check under payment history....

I was trying to place order for XRP(Ripple ) on Coindcx Go app of amount 50000 INR + 0.2% trading fees, But order was not placed and also money was deducted from wallet . When I logged on coindcx website on portfolio it shows 50100 INR as "in order " quantity and also as locked in quantity in wallet. I want my money back asap also the compensation for the same as soon as possible. I also complaint twice but my problem is not addressed till now .

I deposit 1000rs in coindcx through MobiKwik wallet, money deducted but coindcx didn't showing the deposit

The coindcx company is rejecting my withdrawl request
And when I raise a complaint or query on their website
They are not resolving my query.

I recently created an account on coindcx and then deposit some amount in it now when I am withdrawing money every now and then it's errors with nonsense error.
Seems like this coindcx app is fraud

I am Swapnil rathi. I have deposited INR 25000 in the coindcx wallet on 4th June through NEFT ( standard).The firm which deals with the transactions is Neblio technologies pvt Ltd. I have raised a complaint ticket on 6th June, 10th June and 16th June. They are neither responding to my mails nor refunding my money. They already took 16 days for refunding. Kindly take strict action against them and ask them to return my money with interest and also penalize them so that in future They behave in a better manner and respond actively to the mails.

I made two transactions of 30000/- and 10000/- on May 23, 2021. Both the amounts credited in Coin DCX account under the name Nebilo Technologies RRN[protected]. Since then i have been raising tickets, messaging them on Twitter and other social media but no action has been taken on the refund.

Transferred 10000 INR to CoinDCX wallet on 01/06/2021. Transaction was successful and money was debited from my bank account. It has now been more than 10 days since CoinDCX shows my transaction as rejected and hasn't bothered to refund the money

I debited cash from my account through google pay to coin dcx.But the amt was not credited to mobiwick and that amt was debited from my account.Please do the needfull to creditt m money to my account.

On 28th May 2021 I tried to deposit INR 10000 in coindcx wallet using NEFT method from my SBI bank Account but unfortunately, money was stucked in coindcx end and deducted from my SBI Bank Account.

I registered complaint with condcx for the same, sent them many mails, contacted them over twitter and instagram but still after over 11 days my money is not credited to my coindcx wallet neither refunded in my Bank account.

So I request you to please take strict action against Coindcx for the problems they are creating to me also I need compensation for the mental trauma they caused to me.

I deposited 25442/- on 25th May 2021, money is deducted from my bank account but didn't received in my wallet. I raised the ticket to their support team several times with transcation number and ticket id but didn't received even a single reply. I did reviewed on Google play store but still same.

Now I am come to know that CoinDCX is nothing but a team of big time scammers. They will steal your money and run away like they did it with me and many people. Just go to Google play store and read the reviews...you'll come to know the truth. I strongly believe they are planning to run away the country very soon like Malya, Chauksi and Nirav Modi. Stay away from their platform, instead head to BuyUCoin. I am saying all this after using them more than 3 months. They took my money and not even replying to my emails. Moreover I am not alone, there are thousands of people like me.

I am going to sue on their company before they run away from the country.

INR deposit made on 22nd May 21. But, it is not shown till now. When I try to withdraw my BCH balance, it shows "wallet under maintenance" always. Nobody responding from customer service. Live chat is dead. Contacted CEO, but he also shutting his mouth.

If I raise support ticket, it is automatically closed. New support ticket 340102. But, as usual no reply. All my efforts gained nothing. Time wasters 😡. Instead of doing this business, Coindcx people can go to railway station for begging.

CoinDCX is a crypto trading exchange.I have transferred Rs 2000 from my bank account to COINDCX account through IMPS transfer on 10th May 2021.This amount is supposed to be transferred to my INR wallet on COINDCX.However even after 9 days they have not processed my fund and virtually kept the fund in their own pocket.I have raised support ticket twice (ticket: 205771 and 243093).
However there is simply no progress from their end.No one is replying on my mail too.Seems they are looting hard earned money of customers.
I have also communicated with my bank and they have affirmed that they have transferred the money to CoinDCX account(NEBLIO TECH).As proof I have attached bank statement and bank transaction reference number over email.Still no answer.The exchange do not have any escalation matrix neither have any phone number to contact.They are literally playing with investors money.
I hope with this complain, action is taken against the company and my issue is resolved asap.

While I was trading on coin DCX Go, the application and website suddenly stopped. I had purchased an asset for an x price. My portfolio was close to 70k. Since the asset was doing well during that point of time, I had set an advance trade. But due to CoinDCX’s app issue that trade didn’t go through. So I cancelled that trade and tried to do it manually. I reached at a price point where I tried to sell but the app literally crashed and I couldn’t trade for the next 1.5 hour. If I had made that trace my portfolio would have been 77-80k. Instead, it became 58-59 K because the price of the asset had fallen. I could see falling price through other app but couldn’t do anything just because their website crashed. I raised the issue but these guys say. It’s not their fault. This is so ridiculous and sad. They also misrepresented facts in their website. The asset value 1 year high in their website is around 35.9 whereas all the other exchanges mention the - year high of that asset is over 39.

They shouldn’t get away with such stuff. Because of their websites malfunction we can’t bear losses. They are charging us enough for every trade. This is a genuine concern and should be addressed.

I sent 3520 USDT from unocoin wallet to Coindcx wallet. I tracked the transfer and it says, its settled in 9 seconds. However, its 36 hours now and still not showing up on Coindcx wallet. This company has not responded to twitter, emails, comoplaint forms and tickets raised. The CEO, Founders also not replying. THIS SEEMS TO BE A FRAUD

I raised withdrawal request for XLM coin but that transaction is not processed till now i.e. 24 hrs.
Raised support ticket #68509 but no solution till now.
I can't even cancel that transaction even confirmed to support team to cancel transaction.

But still coins are locked cannot trade in CoinDCX also.
I don't think this much delay is acceptable for a reputed company.
Please look into this issue and fix it asap.
Either cancel Transaction or process transaction. I don't like to wait for more time. Please take necessary action.

CoinDCX is cryptocurrency trading exchange. On 23rd january 2021 they unehtically locked my inr amount 75342 kept in coinDCX account.

I had a few COCOS token in my account(a cryptocurrency), they had some technical glitches in their app/website related to this token due to which they locked all the accounts and their inr money. The issue which i feel is crux is that the rate of that COCOS token suddenly pumped and i felt that was the time to exit and I sold all mine. 8-10 hours after i sold my tokens, I was told that my account will be getting locked and eventually they locked my inr amount of 75342. I feel that they believe that the price was incorrectly pumped and that's they have locked all accounts holding COCOS token. I strongly feel that I am no where at fault in this situation as I saw the price pumped and sold at the right opportunity, even if it was a technical glitch it is the exchange that should be held accountable for the fault and I shouldn't be robbed of my hard earned money.

I request you to step in the matter and ask them to release the lock on my wallet.

I am attaching all screenshots stating the INR wallet is locked and no order(to buy any cryptocurrency) is currently open. Please have a look and help me resolve my issue.
