I had invested 15 lakhs in 2014 in colors housing sciety regalia project.
Till date neither the project had started. Now they do not pick phone or refund the amount.

I am writing to you to raise complaint against a company called COLORS HOUSING SOCEITY Ltd.
They have taken more than Rs. 21 lakhs from me with the promises of giving me a flat in Delhi Government’s Land Pooling Policy Scheme. I paid this entire amount by 2nd May 2015. They had also promised to return my money in case I wish anytime with an interest rate of 9% P.A. However, till date I have received nothing from their end. Their offices are no more functional, they do not respond to the calls or messages and my money is badly stuck.
I would also like to let you know that I am a single mother and have my dependent mother to take care of, who is a senior citizen. I have invested all my hard earned money and savings into this Project with the hope of getting a house to live in Delhi. Hence, this is my humble request to you to kindly look into this matter and help me to provide my money back as this seems to be total fraud company.

I invested in krisha heights by color housing society in nov 2016 for 3 bhk.
I waited for 2.5 years and nothing happened to the project.

Finally i applied for refund and surrendered the unit. They promised to refund the amount by max 6 months. Its already 8 months and no money is refunded.

They even not pick up my phone calls, don't even meet. By mistake they pick and respond after 10 calls. Every time i talk to them, they give a new date of 10-15 days later.

They talk very rudely. After 3 years i have gained 0 with this investment, just frustrations and mental torture

To whosoever it may concern i would like to disclose here and openly announce the fraudulent activities undertaken by a society named colors housing society, based out of dwarka (Delhi). As an aspiring investor & with an aim to own a house in the capital city, i had purchased a property from colors housing society, headed by mr. Vishal kothar, mr. Romit mittal, mr. Sachin mittal, mr. Inderpreet singh, mr. Sandeep jindal in april 2014. I was presented with a payment plan wherein i ended up paying a sum of rs. 5.25 lacs against the total land cost of the property i. E. Rs. 17.32 lac.. When things sounded fishy, i decided to withdraw the plan and wrote a cancellation email to them. I had got some medical urgency and i had anyway made up my mind to cancel my membership. Least did i know that my money is not going to come back to me. Despite several emails, there was no reply. I have visited several times to their office and their staff refused to listen to my complaints or my cancellation request. I repeatedly kept going and trying to communicate but got no response. There must be hundreds of buyers like who must have been duped by these fraudsters. I am still chasing these goons and would take all possible legal actions to teach them a lesson. I pledge everyone to keep away from these guys and be careful with their money. Thanks, mohit kumar

I visited several times to their office and their staff refused to listen to my complaints or my cancellation request. There must be hundreds of buyers like who must have been duped by these fraudsters. I am still chasing these goons and would take all possible legal actions to teach them a lesson. As an aspiring investor & with an aim to own a house in the capital city, I had purchased a property from Colors Housing Society, headed by Mr. Vishal Kothari, Mr. Inderpreet Singh, Mr. Sandeep Jindal in December 2014. I was presented with a payment plan wherein I ended up paying a sum of Rs. 6 lac against the total land cost of the property i.e. Rs. 17.32 lac over a period of 2 months. Despite that, I was constantly asked to deposit more EMIs. When things sounded fishy, I decided to withdraw the plan and wrote a cancellation email to them. Luckily, I had got a transfer to another city and I had anyway made up my mind to cancel my membership and gave all the authorities to my friend. Least did I know that my money is not going to come back to me. Despite several emails, there was no reply. My friend visited several times to their office and their staff refused to listen to my complaints or my cancellation request. I repeatedly kept going and sending continuous mails to Mr. Vishal Kothari but he did not respond at all. No one paid heat until one day I confronted Mr. Inderpreet Singh. The bloke had the audacity to out rightly reject my cancellation and said my money would not be returned. There must be hundreds of buyers like who must have been duped by these fraudsters. I am still chasing these goons and would take all possible legal actions to teach them a lesson. I pledge everyone to keep away from these guys and be careful with their money.
