I had taken a 6000rs service only after confirming of guarantee sale of my property to a common floor agent by name Vinay kumar SR. This service is for 3 months. It's been 2 months, I am swearing, we haven't received a single call from him. This fraud person cheated us. Trying to call multiple times, not picking up. Our hard earned money went into drain. Somebody has to provide justice to us. Please help us sue this fraudster and the fraud company common floor, Bangalore

I've been waiting for a response for more than couple of weeks with the following 3 concerns:

1. Replacement of Relationship manager, Savitha - Irresponsive, Incorrect Ads on Common Floor, Not verifying the Leads and not even one genuine lead for the last 3 weeks (13/July, 2023 onwards)

2. Emails and Tele-marketing calls leading to unnecessary disturbance during business hours. Sample emails already forwarded

3. No Progress after paid Platinum subscription on CommonFloor and Quikr (for Property Rent and / or Sale) for INR 3500/-

Pls let me know, by when can I get a response. Intentionally failing / ignoring to respond would lead to legal actions

Writing againt commonfloor, a cx relationship manager named Savitha - ph no- [protected], was back on me to take premium package and so that to post the add in two sites as commonfloor and quikr and to provide tons of leads within 15days. But after payment of premium package -4600rs, she started ignoring all calls and msgs. I haven’t received any further calls from her and no leads so far.

Such a pathetic platform and i need to get refund of my money asap.

The common floor team was after me to upgrade the listing to premium and they kept sending reminders and one of their relationship manager one Ms. Jaishree( email attached) proposed the plan and kept following up and committed that post buying the package i will be getting lot of leads, while everyday they use to send me masked mob nos and names mentioning that the nos will be visible once i pay the premium charges of Rs. 1100/-

after much persuasion from her end i eventually bought the package worth 1100/-.

but to my surprise, i didn't even receive a single lead and infact the earlier emails that i use to get which had masked names and nos also vanished,

now i can understand for so many days they kept sending such masked email ids and mobile nos, so a customer will upgrade and post the upgrade there is absolutely no support nor any leads like they promised which were all baseless and false.

All i ask from commonfloor to refund my Rs 1100/- asap.

It is with great belief, we opted for 2 paid advertisements one in my name - Satish-[protected] & another one based on Ms. Savitha advice in my wife name - Swapna-[protected].

With regret, I need to notify that there hasn't been a single response so far & more importantly our so called relationship manager Ms. Savitha seems to be ignoring all the calls and messages from our end.

We were promised by her that she would ensure a minimum of 3 leads per day & also agreed for a photo shoot etc., but to our dismay nothing has happened so far.

We look forward to an immediate response to this mail.

Having a very bad experience with Common floor. Posted a platinum ad on their site on 3rd Jan for my 2bhk flat for rent in Bangalore. I was assigned a relationship manager Vinay (Mob : [protected]). After he sold the Platinum listing plan, he is behaving in s very rude manner. In the last 13 days, Commonfloor had not provided any benefits for my Platinum listing. Vinay picks up calls after days and is always vague in his responses. Such Type of Relationship Managers are damaging the trust that users like me had about Commonfloor.

My property posted on your site needs to be rectified. I need to reduce rent from Rs33000/-pmto Rs32000/-pm including maintenance.It was requested but still not done.

The bloody common floor site is scam company. They are sharing phone numbers without consent and spamming. Their customer care is not reachable and the worst.

As per the requirement we have subscribed for the common floor on 6th feb 2018 fistly they took 8 days to prepare the mini website and after that it took another 10 days to get the 1st lead.
Today also we didnt get the leads, its being the 3 months hardly we got 10 leads that are also fake and also they are not looking for the property in desired area.
Also i dont understand y the decline the lead refund request when that persons number is wrong or not interested in that project area.

Its more to talk but right now we have requested for the refund because they dont have time to require our call and reply

Commonfloor executive named Vinay Kumar kept calling me for months to take up a subscription and as a service he committed that he would provide 30 leads for the property I have to sell. The moment I made the payment, I stopped receiving any calls from him on the update. Every time I called him, he kept claiming he's on leave or he will check with his team and come back. Other times, he would say 'Oh I thought you have already received everything that's why you didn't call back'. Now I kept following up with him for 3 months and never received any leads as promised, so I demanded refund of the amount I paid for the services. For that too, he kept saying yes the accountant is on leave, it will be done by today evening, by tomorrow evening and so on. And now he has stopped taking my calls. I wrote to their customer care department, who call me after a week of my email to them and still no resolution. The customer care executive Siddarth mentioned it's not their policy to refund but he will work on a resolution and requested a day's time to work on it. This conversation happened on 27thMarch 2019 and till date no call back from him. I want my money back along with interest and compensation for all the pain I have gone through. Commonfloor is not to be trusted and I think Consumer Court should take strict action against these fraudulent practices.

From the time i have created a id there i am getting 50 sms of Property and all from diffrent different id's, they are not even from mobile numbers to block.
Even after DND they comes.

There is no option in common floor to delete the account, there number says it does noty exist.

Please don't visit common floor by mistake also.

Please dont use common-floor portal for your marketing.

They are fake and the policy of the company is "to cheat the customers".
I have opt his services for our project. We ordered 100 project specified leads with the commitment, if leads are fake they send us new lead or refund our payment.
Mr. Nitiesh (Sales manager) did all the commitment on behalf of the common floor.
But after some time all the leads are faked, and when we applied for new leads or refund the company denied all the commitment also he's not picking up the call or response of our mails.
The leads they project are utter rubbish. Too many fake leads. They are only creating leads with fake names & fake mobile numbers.

For whatever i paid, i am not at all satisfied. Money went into drain.

Following option given by builder for surrender of flat and refund with interest, I opted to surrender my flat. The builder was supposed to refund within three months but more than one year over no refund made. No response to my e mails and my personal visits got casual reply without committment.
Whenever I visit their office sometimes they say it is under consideration and sometimes they say prescribed application submitted after due date but the same was given to me only after due date. But so far there is no response.

I published an ad in Quikr and OLX for renting my house and did not publish any ad in Common floor.

After the house rented, I removing the Ad in Quikr and OLX. But now I am getting so many calls and msgs (daily) referring to Common floor Website.

Without an owner publishing an ad, I do not know who is doing such things and frustrating.

I am not getting good response from Common Floor.
No follow ups, no proper leads, and none of you are solving this problem.
And let me clear this whenever i register a complain i get the repeated
leads.
I have also sent email of the whole leads whichever recieved till now but
as your employees those The person Mr. Sachit Madkaikar Sir (Asistant Sales Manager) who came here
with the offer and now when it is time to give services your people
constantly says "We are working on it"
Is this that difficult for you guys to solve the problem than please refund
my cash which i have paid to Common Floor because its really not worth at all.
Am not satisfy with your services.I Remark you people very poor. Its waste
of time, waste of energy, and atlast waste of my money. Dont let me cross
my limits. So am requesting you people sincerely to refund my money as am
not getting proper response nor services. And can go to police also if i
want.

Recently i started looking for a house for rent in whitefield.
There were a few listings in commonfloor website as "posted by agents".
However, after contacting the owner i realized the listing was lifted from some other website and posted here after informing the owners that the listing will be place on their website for free.
The owner never engaged the agents.

Because of this, the owner's contact details was never available and the only option was to go through the agents.
By these unfair practices, the agents get total fees of two months rental from both parties.

There has to be a way to stop this.

We have given advertisement last 3 month back (april 2016) in common floor.com that guy name pradeep ([protected]) (has collected 33000 for 3 month package we got some leads from common floor but all leads are junk leads, he promised me if response is not good will be replaced but after that i almost call him more than 30 times but he did not pick the call he was given his manager no his name arun gopal ([protected]
) but these guy ask me to send mail i sent him two times he also not responding properly why the people cheating

The person nazhar [protected] has avertised in your commonfloor that 1bhk house rent of 8000 but when we went to see his house he started to shout, and spoken very unrespectly that who told u to come, who intend you to come like that and even he noticed our bike number also, but before we go there we made a cal and confirmed him but also he behaved like that, we are very angry regarding this, gonna complaint in consumer court about your site as well as on him, take approriate action on him,

This so called real estate company conducts drives for students by taking Rs.200 as the registration fees. They say they offer 4-9 lpa which obviously attracts the students and students tend to write it for any number of times by payng 200 bucks only with hope that they might get placed. But that doesnt happen here. Unfortunately if the student clears the aptitude round, he/she is asked to develop a website within a month's time. they make the students wait for 7-8 months to announce the results and eventually end up recruiting none. its just a money making racket. so that the students attend the drive and they get 200 bucks. minimum number of students attending per drive would 300-500.. imagine 10-15 such drives where no student is recruited. Requesting the students to beware of such companies. and the placement officers of the colleges, please don't entertain such companies
