Hi, I was contacted by a Sales person called Vinay from Commonfloor.com/Quickr, he promised me that my flat is worth higher than what the price I had quoted in the website, then he promised he will bring 2 customer to visit my flat every week.

After I am buying the premium ad and paying INR 5000.00, he is not responding to my msgs, no calls and not a single customer visited the house nearly after 2 months and one days he said he will reduce the flat quoted price lower than what I originally quoted.

Looks very clear that he wanted to achieve his sale target and cheating.

I had subscribed to sell my flat. So mislead by false promises, 3 months not even one prospect. Keep saying that they have some private leads for the flats. Just a polish talks. Recommend not to fall for them. Don't take common floor services of Bangalore.

With all convincing description about the premium rental package, I opted for the package and until I paid the amount, the sales executive kept on calling. It's almost a week time and no responses and customer service is pathetic. When I called relationship manager, she mentioned that it's weekend curfew and she would look into the issue on Monday. When I asked for refund on prorated basis, she clearly rejected.

I had opened for a lead plan from common floor agent Ms. Savitha on 28th May. She committed even in these tough times atleast 2-3 weeks in a lead shall be provided but even though it's been 15 days there is not even a single lead given and she completely stopped responding too. Ease note these guys are complete fraud and just want to take your money post that they run away and don't even respond to your messages to them.

I purchased a premium service with commonfloor.com and till date they could not able to bring any prospective customers, in fact I tried emailing them multiple times and called them multiple times about the query, but none of them are able to provide any positive response and service.
it is better that i put my ad as basic one. as it is a shear waste of my money to take premium and keep calling them...
using this forum, I want to raise my concern to provide refund of the silver package which I had purchase and delete my profile from their website.

I have been sold the leads generator product by 1 of the common floor employee named Siddhartha. This product seems to be more for brokers. I am an individual property owner and false features were specified to make me buy this. Features like
1. Photograph and 360 degree video of the property will be taken
2. Screening of buyers will be done by common floor representative. They will show the property to the buyer and when the buyer is ready they will connect with me for price negotiation.
Clearly these 2 featured are not there.
The product is for brokers. My commonfloor account was also modified by the employee to a broker account. I made the payment on 18th September. And have been chasing this issue with commonfloor team since then. They are not resolving the issue and just making more false claims.
