I am a subscriber for the competition success review magazine for
2years(FEB2011-JAN2013).

My code is 20-S600A12222

I had paid the amount along with the postal expenses through Demand
Draft.
I am unable to receive any of the magazine from Competition Success Review. I received only
the free GK book.

Please consider my request and act as soon as possible....

I APPLIED FOR TWO YEARS SUBSCRIPTION OF CSR(ENGLISH) IN MAY 2012 & SUBMITTED DRAFT FOR RS. 920/- TO CSR (DRAFT NO. 034674 DATED 19/5/12). THE COMPANY CONFIRMED THE RECEIPT OF MAGAZINE & ASSURED ITS SUBSCRIPTION FROM JUNE 2012 TO MAY 2014. HOWEVER, THEY DID NOT SEND ANY SUBSCRIBED MAGAZINE. I TRIED TO CONTACT THEM ON THEIR PHONE NOS.[protected] & 25712898 IN JULY 2012 SINCE I DID NOT GET ANY SUBSCRIBED ISSUE. HOWEVER, IT WAS FOUND THAT THE OFFICIALS OF THE COMPANY HARDLY PACK UP THE PHONE. HOWEVER, AFTER CONTINUOUS EFFORTS ONE EMPLOYEE MR CHANDAN PICKED UP MY PHONE & ASSURED TO SEND THE MAGAZINE. AFTER SOME DAYS I GOT THE MAGAZINE FOR THE MONTH OF MAY & JUNE, 2012.

I WAS HOPING TO GET THE ISSUE OF JULY & AUG WILL BE RECEIVED IN AUG. BUT SO FAR I HAVE NOT GOT THE SAME. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO CONTACT ON ABOVE PHONE NOS. OF THE COMPANY AT NEW DELHI BUT ALL IN VAIN SINCE THEY ARE NOT PICKING UP THE CALLS OF THEIR CLIENTS. KINDLY GET THE ISSUE RESOLVED.

I didn't recieve the books yet. I have sent DD of Rs.550/- by 17th April, 2012 for books with code 115,143 and 521.
As a customer if I do prepayment, your sevices must be of that kind. You wrote in ur magazine that books will be sent the very next day.
you must walk your words.

PRELIMS book code 116 for COMPETITION SUCCESS REVIEW,604,PRABHAT KIRAN,RAJENDRA PLACE,NEW DELHI-110008, and i got acknowledgement that they received MO on
march 2nd 2012 eMO No[protected]. Till now i didnt receive the book and i called them many times but no reply.kindly ask them to send my book as soon as possible

I am RAJESH form Hyderabad,I paid for one year subscription from AUGUST 2011(CSR+GK TODAY).But i didn't get CSR NOVEMBER 2011 +DECEMBER 2011 copy till now.I got GK TODAY copy.kindly send me the CSR COPY regularly in time.

Dear Editor,

I subscribed your magazine in last week of June. and first copy came to me in last week of july.
but now It is creating problems.

1. At the time of subscription you told to my father that there is one year book also in my subscription and
you will send that as soon as possible but till now i didn't get any year book.
2. 2nd book of my subscription(sept. issue) should be...

Sir, I made payment for the CSR magazine and a competition book for whole year subscription on 21/12/2010. My eMOPNR No. is :[protected].
Sir, despite the advanced payment I had to struggle for starting the issuance of the magazine and the book. It is very hard to make a telephone call to these people as no body cares to pick the call. Somehow a call was connected to Ms. Bhawana (one of the employees there) who promised to send the issues. However, after the receipt of four magazines, the delivery has been stopped forthwith. Many emails to Ms. Bhawana in this regard have proved futile. Nobody responds, Sir, please tell me what to do?

I have subscribed for Competition Success Review CSR monthly magazine on 18.10.2010 paying 630/- through e- money order, no.[protected]. i even received the acknowledgement for that. but not yet received any issue. my phone is constantly kept on hold and i please request u to look into the issue as soon as possible.
