Forcing to pay by scamming

On 23.01.23 I searched for part time jobs in the net and I got an call from the connecting job services claiming they have data entry job and they sent an online agreement and I was contacted by one of there employees through what's app .They mentioned that we have to do data work by typing 230 pages in 6 days and should be with no mistakes if so they wont pay anything and also should submit within 6 days or they wont pay anything. and Then they said that I have to pay 6700 as registration fee which they will minus in the first job payment. Then I got an mail from smart solutions having my mail id as login credential and phone number as password .then I logged on and did typing of 3 pages then found that it I thought it will be little since they have given a small period but then only i came to know they wantedly are cheating by giving big pages and few are barely visible so that we can't see and type and will be very difficult to complete the work as they said actually nearly impossible for part time .so I aske them to cancel this and they said they won't cancel i have to do for 6 days then pay 6700 if want cancel and also if i don't they will take legal actions against.so i went to online and saw they many people have been scammed the same way. Was shocked to see that people reporting the scam that they have been threatened to pay the amount and extra amounts also and even if they complete and give the company will simply reject them and say you have to pay the amount so one way or other they are robing the unaware people like me me. I sent an mail to cancel the same and got an call from them i said the same and i am not interested in doing the work for which they said they will take legal action saying i have to pay 6700 den they will cancel .i asked them reason for what i have to pay and what registration is it and he got tensed saying u have to pay that's all for which i denied and i said i will register a complaint in consumer form and they said do what u can do and disconnected.then i mailed them to cancel and they just sent i will see in you court without anything else.so i request you to kindly take actions against them for cheating the public pepole and then threatning them by claiming legal actions.

My name is Suriyakala.I am housewife.I have 2 kids. One 6 years old & other 3 years old.I got call from the Connecting jobs private limited company. They say they have data entry job from home.vand it required laptop /internet .
They have not asked for type writing sills.
They want to complete 250 pages in 8 days for payment of 25, 000 rupees.I am unable to comply the same.I found it very difficult task.I complete 155 pages.
The 8th day i got an email from company to pay registration fees immediately today itself.
The next day i got legal notice and to pay additional 3500 rupees.
They have not proVided me any details for payment.
They have not asked for type writing sills.
They want to complete 250 pages in 8 days for payment of 25, 000 rupees.I am unable to comply the same.I found it very difficult task.I complete 155 pages.
The 8th day i got an email from company to pay registration fees immediately today itself.
The next day i got legal notice and to pay additional 3500 rupees.

The same thing happened to me, I could not upload the work I have done, have contacted the support team with video proof that it is not getting submitted, they blame me it's my problem instead of giving me a solution. Now they are sending me sms and email every day for penalty charges.

Hello sir/mam...My name is Abhishek koundal... I registered at this company on 14th of may... Till yesterday morning I completed 86 pages... When I was having work I have shut down my laptop and when I came back and tried to login there it showed me authentication failed... I have copied same credentials they provided me in mail... I have recorded the video too... I have sent mail i have tried to contact them... But no one responded and the same probe I faced on the first day authentication error... Today when I said about this problem they are telling it's my problem i should not log out many times.. They said they have provided new password so I can start my work... I asked them to extend date because of that issue my total one day and today's nearly half of my day got wasted... They said they will not extend the date it's my problem... I have very shot period of time sir it's not possible to complete and they are telling me that if I don't pay 6500 when I don't complete work they will pass my file to legal department..
Please someone respond please.. What can I do in this situation?? Please respond guys

Plz don't do there work I think they are fraud, and after that they will ask money but don't give them. There are many videos on YouTube just go through them then you will understand how to tackle them when they will threat you and plz don't take tension nothing will happen.

All these are trap.
1.I think 90 percent people would not be able to complete it within 8 days I am sure.
2.If any one can complete he can't reach the target of 90% any how or they will find fault of your typing and
will keep it below 90%.
3.technical slow down or technical issues of their system will be done intentionally.
4. You will not get any reward for your labotious work done.
5. they will charge penalty of rs.6500 + legal charges.
This is a new type of fraud or cheating.Some fraudent people taking the chance of covid pandemic and looting poor and needy people.It will go up day by as long govt will not take strict stand through law against them.They should be punished by minimum 5 years jail custody with fine of minimum rs.10 lakh.
Otherwise poor people will be poorer day by day and these fraudulent people will enjou the victim's money.

i had also got registered by this company & thankful to read this page today as i joined today & i emailed them i wont proceed any further & i told them i have the right to diagree as i have not signed any contracts with my authorised signatory & thier portal online also does not work many a times & its hard to read the hard copy that they send for typing also, so ultimately you will end up wasting time and efforts . so i would tell everyone to read this page before registering . they are not bound to charge you if they do not have thier working process always active online in their portal .

Yes i was also thankful i saw this post on the first day of joining . Sharing adhaar card pics is totally upto you, but we need to know the company very well which ever company we apply for works like this, because they give a timeline to submit work and as per few posts above i also faced same problem even if their site login does not happen you will have to manage to the time loss . So this another way of earning the registration charges forcing us to pay it later . So be careful when you apply to such jobs online . Dont worry Famidha you are safe as of now & do for company which office you know personally or via someone whom you know personally . You can better look for jobs in company located in your location & visit the company personally and apply for the job, there are many fake jobs like this during this pandemic time as everyone is looking for jobs earnings at home .

I had made the same mistake yesterday, I also read this after signing the contract, but the contract you ahev signed is not a authorised signatory, it is just something they do to divert you mind to feel that they are doing it legally so that they can earn the registration charges later from you but showing you were not able to complete the work . Ignore them thats all you can do now & dont worry they cant do anything beyond this, they will only try to scare you by sending some copies of legal documents, but dont worry bcoz you have all the rights to cancel the work with them since they have problems in their work process & the company has bad reviews as seen in many posts above . You must above all understand you havnt gone personally and signed a document in their office and agreed, its just something you said over the phone to start the work and see how it works, because there are many companies who are doing similar things to earn money by these types of works, be careful next time & look for these types of jobs in your own location & visit the company personally & then decide to apply for job . Dont panic if they try to scare you, be prompt with your statement and tell them the company also did not comply to the terms by not letting you to work and due to the bad review of the company tell them that there is no contract valid any longer between you and them if they call you and keep the recording of this my mentioning the company name also in the call & after that just ignore them . Have a mental peace & stay calm and look for something in your location .

They knew that it's impossible to complete the work in 8 days that's why they are doing this and trapping people to pay them ..I think we can all unite take strict against them if they force to do any payment.activities... I waked up whole night still completed only 170pages...

Don't worry all this have already happened with me. I strictly said that I will not give any money and file a case against you by IPC 420. And after that a single did not come.Guys plz don't get scare by their calls, they only want to scare you but you have to scare them

Don't worry bro. They literally can't do anything. Logic is simple. We as well as them, both know its a scam. So why would they just expose their scam by sending a legal document when the work itself is a haux and scam. They just play with the fear of the victim. Even I got a call from their advocate this morning some Adv. Vasant borse.
I had competed all 250 pages and done it correctly but they are sending falls images and threatening me to pay 6500 or else fill me on legal department so plz anyone help me what should I do r8 now what should I say them when I got a call from them

Do not worry at all, they are just trying to scare you, don’t get scared, these scam companies will be only able to send you something that is fake, so don’t worry about fake things . I’m sharing my email chats which I had with them after I came to know that they are a fake company see it below

Just feel relaxed and stay calm ...block all of their numbers ..
After few days everything will be normal.

They can take any action everything is just fake completely don’t worry and just ignore them
I had competed all 250 pages. I had done this work sitting daily till 2:00 A.M and done it correctly but now they had send some irrelevant pics and saying u have not reached the 90% accuracy. Then they are telling me to pay 6500 and had sent my call recordings. Im really scared what to do.
Please we will unite and file a case against them. So that other innocent people should not get trap.

I am Khushboo, 2nd year student from Bihar and applied for job on some official website and a message came to me after few days that I have to complete some work which would be given to me in 8 days and that was 250 pages I had to type. I could able to complete around 68 pages and they made me sign a bond or agreement paper in which it was written that if I would complete the work with accuracy on time then I would be paid with 25000rs and if in any case I wouldn't complete that work then I had to pay 6500rs and if I would want to cancel my registration then I would have to pay 7000rs. I thought I could complete the work and so I signed the agreement paper. But I couldn't complete it and now on 8th day that is the last day of submission of my work, an email came that I have not completed the work so I have to pay 6500rs and if I don't pay, the legal action will be taken agaist me.
I replied that I could not pay fee then a reply came threatening me that you have to pay otherwise you will be in trouble and company will not be responsible for this. They are continuously sending me messages and emails threatening and forcing me to pay.
I don't understand what to do. I thought for earning money but I got stucked in this scam, and now I don't understand what to do.

They know that I can't complete the work n 8 days that's why they are playing this game ... Even if u complete all 250 pages .. they will say. Ur accuracy is failed .. main motive is fraud and to just siez some money out of you... Be relaxed... Nothing will happen .. just go to youtube and watch some data entry fraud videos .. fell better

And today i received a message (My name is Advocate Vasant Borse i am registering case against you in violation of indian contract 1872 under section 73, 74, 75 in Dhule maharashtra court come there and pay 35500 rs+ legal charge extra. ) What can I do in this situation?? Please respond .. What can i do now.. I'm scared..

@gurpreet123456 .In messaage they ask 35500 and when they will send legal notice they will ask 6500+3500.. I don't know how much they are asking for.. in ur case advocate change to Borse .. don't worry just block all calls and mails.. and sleep tight ... No worries...nothing will happen

They tried to scare me also but I also replied them what they deserved because I also know all my rights and also know what I should reply to people operating these type of companies & also see how they replied after I discussed with them about this matter after seeing this page, I have shared my email chat here for you all to read it and don’t be scared of these type of fake companies who will try to scare you

U did a good job by uploading such conversation with people to be aware and not to get scared off...they just cancelled ur registration without penalty charges ...hahaha..
These are actually people doing startup buisnesses and register themselves in the registrar office and later start fraud buisness... But main motive is to do fraud and loot people specially focused on students and taking advantage during these covid pandemic

It’s Fake Don’t Pay Them Anything Just Ignore Them They are fake company and they will try to scare you so don’t get scared of these fake people

They have my passport size photo and my Digital signature and What is given to me on their e-contract is valid address but of another company and these people have put their company's name on their website on the same address it means at one address their is 2 private limited company. How is this possible. And Whenever I msg them, their reply is not formal. Their replies is just like- hmmm, yes, yup etc...
I mean this is a Pvt ltd company and just have a look on their employee's chat support... Today I'm going to cancel this fake aggrement and fake E-contract... I was stuck in this scam is my bad luck but no more..
