The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. Advent Global is under audit by department of labor
I was never paid bench salary. I was told that there is NO problem with company's immigration practices. Now company is under audit and this threatens my H1-B status in USA. Same is the case with over 100 other employees....
