It was told that refund will be isssued on 4th june 2024, but yet not received.
I had applied 10 days ago for a refund request and my request was issued. In My purchases option it is showing that refund is issued. It is not received in my account.
Itis requested to coursera to grant refund quickly asap

    I have paid the full fee for the "Cloud-Native Development with OpenShift and Kubernetes Specialization" course (6528), but while taking the exam, it is prompting me to upgrade to submit my answers. However, according to the course policy, I have 180 days to finish the course and obtain the certificate. As of now, neither 180 days have elapsed nor has the course deadline of 12th May passed.

      I refunded a course from Coursera but I did not get any refund. I contacted the bank but no refund has been 9ssed by Coursera. It's been 10 days now.

        My daughter enrolled for a course Order #30111 74 on 16/8/2016 by paying INR 4571.25/- Sheunenrolled the same day and made the refund request and received confirmation from Coursera that the refund process was initiated and would be completed in 2-3 days on 16th August . After non payment I wrote an email with Coursera Support Case #1219706. I was assured that you will look into the matter. No remittance details were provided. After many requests and follow ups I received the ARN number 05282966230002207399682. Upon enquiring my bank informed that no fund tranfer had taken place corresponding to this ARN number. Upon further
        Requests courser never received any money from my account as refinds had to take place. After providing the details of the transaction Coursera told that NEFT refund was not possible. I just don’t know why? They agreed to give me a physical cheque and later suggested to charge dispute with the bank. A simple refund case has been twisted and dodged this far that I do not see good intentions Please help.
