I ordered Marvel Stark hoodie on January 5, called the seller but they told me that the product was showing delivered. I have neither received my hoodie nor my money back. I paid rupees 950

First of all thank you for last complaint. I got my money.

I paid 896.04 Rs for official marvel logo White hoodie - S. Details are down, but
I didn't got any notification or message that my order is placed or I will got hoodie in some days.
They can do a favor, that thay can give me official spider-man logo red hoodie - S on my this address (Ratneshwar park, C wing, 103, Kasheli, BHIWANDI, 421302) and don't give me money.

I ordered a mobile cover from Cover It Up of Rs.699.00/- on 23/12/2019 21:10:18 and i paid the full amount through my credit card. I received a mail from cover it up that my order is in process and i receive my order in 3-6 working days. After 5 days i see that the status of my order is still in processing stage then i contact on their whatsapp customer care number i.e., [protected] and i ask them that you said me that you will deliver my order in 3-6 working days but today is 5th day but my order is still in processing stage and i ask them in how many more days i'll get my order? they said me that please share the pictures of your order on our whatsapp number then i send the pictures for the same then they said that we will ship your order soon. Then again 2 days passed away, i message them again ask that is my order is shipped or not? they say no. Then i gave a warning to them that if they will not dispatch my order in today then i will complaint against you in consumer court then they dispatched my order and give me a Tracking number i.e.,[protected] which is related to 2 courier companies that is Delhivery and Pickrr. When i order for first time i give my shipping address as #Namdhari Coach Builders Plot No. 2E3-6 Industrial Area Mehatpur District Una (H.P) Pin Code 174315. But they ship my order on wrong address that is #Namdhari Coach Builders Plot No. 2E3-6 Industrial Area Ambala (H.P) Pin Code 174315. Now my order is shipped to wrong address by Cover It Up and i ask them t that why you fill my wrong address on my order then they said that wait for more 2-3 days so we can reroute your order. They make me fool from last 8-9 days please help me. I think the courier company and Cover It Up they both make me fool. Please help me.

I order one mobile case from cover it up online shopping website but it didn't get ordered and money (Rs.579) get deducted from my bank account and now it's showing the order has cancelled... So i contact their support team and they told me to send bank message of transaction and i sent it.
Now from last half hour they isn't picking up call.
Please help,
I am attaching the order's details and the message which i get from bank after transaction was successful..
So i am requesting indian consumer complaints team to help me for refunding my deducted money..
