I had purchased a foldable e-table on 16th April but haven't received it till now. Their policy (as mentioned on the product page) states that I should have got the item in 10 days. But after repeated enquiries I have not received it yet. Furthermore, I asked for the refund and after a while they sent me a mail that you would be getting the refund or an update on that soon. But I have yet to receive any of those. Crazel...

I had purchased a deal from Crazeal in Jan-2012 and was supposed to receive some early bird vouchers also. I had received the deal vouchers ( ONLY AFTER FOLLOWING UP NUMEROUS TIMES ) but still the early bird vouchers are undelivered...... I had raised a support ticket (#122920 ) by email on Thu, Apr 5, 2012. Till date the issue remains unsolved !!!!...

Crazeal almost seems like a fraud company to me.
firstly, they took my order w/o a delivery address. Then they tell me it can't be changed so I'll have to ask for a refund.
then they took over a month with several calls every week to approve a refund.
Im utterly dissatisfied with their problem solving team....

hi,
Online shopping sites like Crazeal should be banned from doing business. They dupe the customers by charging money from them and not delivering the product. i had ordered a product on 08.01.2012. However i did not receive it till today . I tried calling them time and time again, however they still did not deliver the product to me (even though they had deducted money from my bank account). they never bother to call me back...
