I have a problem regarding a Contract which I had given Mr Santosh of Creativve for a Modular Kitchen for my house. The Contract was for Rs 258999.88 and I had to pay 50% advance which was goven on the 13th of Sept 2011.The Kitchen was to be fixed within 25 days of Confirmationof Order and Advance. Inspite of telling Mr Santosh to set up my Kitchen for the last 4 months no action was taken siting some or the other reason and avoided setting...
