Hi I'm Kuttiyappan I purchase the Cri pumps in January 8 2023 but I will service in 3times many times call to customers care no response then I send mail to customers care but Cri person block my mail what kinde of service you have purchased shop (santhosh electrical &borewell ser no 3801 person address :no 6/13(om sri ram complex) CTH Road Thirumallaivoyal Chennai 600062) this person is worst behavior no response properly ...I want my money back otherwise service the products properly

Reg: CRI pump issue in my home.

we are using CRI moror, model: Selfy51, Purchased on Sep'21 (Sl no:25020L10217). we had facing pump water feeding issue (water not feeding to tank) on 14th feb, after that we discuss with customer care he given the contact detail for service. we moved the motor as per your prefered service agency (merina motors - CRI authorised).
They checked the motor and serviced. Again we collect and set in my home. 1st time 10min only water feeding, after that again facing the same issue (water not feeding to tank). Kindly request to arrange your technician visit and immediately solve the issue. Expecting your immediate response.

Purchased New CRI 2hp Jet Motor on july 25th of 2020, Motor Starts problem within a month, raised Complaint and got service but again now it's moved to big problem,
Tried to Contact Customer Support and contact through email for [protected]@cripumps.com, but no response from them still.

Worst quality of product and service, please help to rectify this with CRI.

New pump machine not working
I have purchase a cri submersible bore machine 10 days back for a cost of rs 14, 500/- 1hp, v3, stage 17. From day 1 machine is not working. When we start the machine, it is reaching to 16 amps, and getting tripped in 2-3 minutes. We have complaint the to the dealer "krishna engineering". He has clearly refused to take the responsibility and asked me to contact to the customer care.
We have called the customer care on [protected]. But there is no response from the customercare. For 10 minutes, no will take your call. You will keep hearing that the company has received awards from various govt departments. What is the use of the same, when you cannot resolve the customer problem???

Then we have taken company's hyderabad branch service center contact number of mr. Satyam - mobile no - [protected]. We have called on saturday morning at 10am. He said he will send the executive on the same day. I waited for him for almost half day. Then he replied he cannot come and committed to come to monday. Then on monday, they said engineer will come by evening, then also no one came. Then they said he will come on tuesday morning 10 am. But the engineer came at 1 pm after calling them 100 times. The engineer has abused me. Then after he came. He just checked the machine and said i have to take the machine to the service center and pay the charges for taking out the machine and sending it to the service center.

Please tell me why should i pay the charges?? When the fault is not from my side???

Now the dealer is not taking the call.

I request everyone not to buy the cri pumps specially from the secunderabad branch... Krishna engineering... They do not respond to the customer after they sell the product.

Also do not buy any cri pumps. They have lot of issues. Even customer care is careless about the customer satisfaction.

WE PURCHASED Horizontal Openwell Submersible Pump 5HP 75X65 CSM4(SS) 3P DOL H.OW (S-TYPE) ON 08/10/11 AT PRAKASH ELECTRICALS AND ENGG COMPANY, MAHABUBABAD,WARAGANAL DIST, ANDHRA PRADESH. MACHINE WINDING IS BURNT ON 19/10/11.
HE IS NOT RESPONDING PROPERLY.
According to the company guarantee/warranty rules, the machine has to be replaced/serviced properly.

I've been having a trouble getting the CRI Submersible pump installed in our apartment. Purchased it from Sree krishna Enterprises, Secunderabad. The installation guys came to my apartment and after preparing the motor to install they realize that the starter that we have doesn't support the new 3HP motor and asked us to install a new starter.

Upon requesting them to install a new starter, they sent a guy after almost a month who installed the starter and now the motor doesn't want to start as it gets overloaded. The output Amps is more than the expected one due to which starter trips off by nature.

Now this starter guy says there is a problem with the installation of motor and asks us to get it checked. So, till now I've paid 1000Rs for installation of motor and 250 Rs for installation of Starter and finally when I ask them to send some one to recheck the connections they say we need to pay the service charges.

They say that even if the motor is in warranty, we will have to pay to service charges anyways. Any advise on how can this be taken forward.
