Never ever travel from this bus. I started from bangalore which was scheduled at 5.00pm. It came at 7.00 pm. Arrival time to mumbai was 10.25am. Understood if 2hrs delayed in departure means 2hrs delayed in arrival. It reached mumbai at 5.00pm.

The staff attitude is pathetic any other word is there it applies to these people.

These travels should be banned.

Paytm and this bus travel agency crl travels named as chaudhary travels both bluff me . As i confirm my tickets from surat to kuchaman city ...firat they deny to stop at kuchman city and they said to adjust about 150 kilometer and meanwhule in travelinh their behavior and way of driving bus is so rough...as i am traveling with my sister who is a patient...had a operation of her backbone...now damage due to chaudhary crl travels rough driving....
