Crystal - gas lighter — warranty service not provided
Dear sir/madam,

I had purchased a crystal-electric gas lighter from amazon on 01/05/2019. Gas lighter purchased had a warranty for one year.

However, 1 months back it stopped working (Had some spring problem) hence i had contact crystal customer care and they have not responded, with regrets i wish to inform that till date it had not been repaired....

Crystal dicer bought via homeshop18 damaged within a week of purchase

Address:Burdwan, West Bengal

This is to inform u that I had ordered for a dicer and jucier combo set a few days back. I got it delivered on 24th August at almost 5 pm in evening. within a week o[censored]sing it a blade of the dicer came out. To add to it another blade bended the very next day. The dicer was properly handled just the way the demo was shown. Such quality of products from such reputed company is disappointing . NOW I WANT TO KNOW HOW CAN I GET MY DICER BLADES...

Inlead water cap is broken

couldn't drink purified water as the water fileter inlead cap (inside the filetr) is broken. First complain lodge on 04th April'08. compain no[protected] or 84229640.
After repetative followup with the customer care represntative they didn't bother to attend the call till date (29 April '08).
Service Eng came down once (without knowing that I've lodged the complain) for AMC (annual maintenance) as I've...
