Crystal - gas lighter — warranty service not provided
Dear sir/madam,
I had purchased a crystal-electric gas lighter from amazon on 01/05/2019. Gas lighter purchased had a warranty for one year.
However, 1 months back it stopped working (Had some spring problem) hence i had contact crystal customer care and they have not responded, with regrets i wish to inform that till date it had not been repaired. Crystal executives are not coming to them so as to repair the lighter.
This is complete failure of warranty terms and consumer dissatisfaction. Would request to take up the matter and resolve the issue. The lighter is still with the shop and yet to be repaired even after two months.

Crystal dicer bought via homeshop18 damaged within a week of purchase

This is to inform u that I had ordered for a dicer and jucier combo set a few days back. I got it delivered on 24th August at almost 5 pm in evening. within a week o[censored]sing it a blade of the dicer came out. To add to it another blade bended the very next day. The dicer was properly handled just the way the demo was shown. Such quality of products from such reputed company is disappointing . NOW I WANT TO KNOW HOW CAN I GET MY DICER BLADES REPLACED AND IT SHOULD BE DONE AT THE EARLIEST. PLEASE INFORM ME THE WAY TO GET MY BLADES REPLACED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE IL BE WAITING FOR YOUR ANSWER .

Inlead water cap is broken
couldn't drink purified water as the water fileter inlead cap (inside the filetr) is broken. First complain lodge on 04th April'08. compain no[protected] or 84229640.
After repetative followup with the customer care represntative they didn't bother to attend the call till date (29 April '08).
Service Eng came down once (without knowing that I've lodged the complain) for AMC (annual maintenance) as I've purchased the crystal model on 15th April 2007. And from him only I came to know that inlead cap is broken.
GOD knows how long they used to take to attend such a small complain. I'm having a small kid in my house also. Totally helpless inspite of repetative follow-up with them.

This is Vijay Maurya. I live in B Block Himgiri Enclave Sant Nagar Burari New Delhi-10084. I would like to inform you that please come here and see that what the name of problem is. One more thing is that you know that this is the tired time Congress party won and International common games is going on next year. You are doing lost of work like flyover, roads, park etc. recently you opened Mukraba flyover near bypass I would like to say you thanks for that.

Now I am going to tell you about our problems. Problems are Potable Water and Drain (Ganda Nala)? These are not my problem these are all person problems. There is Potable Water and Drain (Ganda Nala) problem and I request to you that please come here and see these problems. You can see in the morning time that every person goes around 2 kilometers to take Potable Water and second problem is Drain (Ganda Nala). In the evening time you can see that there are lost of mosquito and you know that what is Malaria? We know that you can solve these problems. But when will you solve these problems please tell us. We have been facing these problems for around 1 year. (I updated these problem many times)
So, we request you please come here and look into the matter and take proper action against is. We shall fell highly obliged for this work.

Crystal — Authorized Service Station in Baroda
I observe that a couple of BAJAJ Authorized outlet/service station are closed in recent past in Baroda. One of the main reason of going for Crystal after the brand "BAJAJ" itself is the vicinity of authorized service station which we hardy anticipated, will close down.Any ways, now please forward/suggest the list of your Authorized Service Station for this product in Baroda, at your earliest.
