I have applied for new canteen smart card on 17 August 2023 because my old card was not working it's chipset was damaged but till today I have not recieved my card I don't know why.

I registered my old canteen grocery card (GA[protected]J01)on CSD online registration portal, and my demand was processed at that time my new canteen grocery card (GA[protected]J01) was activated.Due to this reason my demand(Reference demand id No[protected] dated[protected]was rejected and the message arrived from CSD that is my old canteen card(GA[protected]J01)was hotlisted.Then they said that contact with SCPL and resolve the matter.Therefore kindly update my new canteen grocery card(GA[protected]J03)on CSD online registration portal (afd.csdindia.gov.in).

Iam working in Indian army.My grocery card (GA[protected]J01) was hotlisted.Kindly update my new canteen grocery card (GA[protected]J03) on CSD online registration portal. (afd.csdindia.gov.in)

Request to renew my car card against phone no [protected]

Sir,
I would like to inform you that i lost my canteen smart card with my all valuables and now i am reapplying a new card then department charging rs500 fine on me, which goes to canteen fund.
Noone like to give his valuables to thieves, so he should not pay any fine everywhere.
I hope canteen departments are already earning sufficient fund from dealers and customers. They should not be dependent to fine charges to improve canteen facilities.

Since 11 years we dint use canteen card. As we are in need to buy things now we applied for new smart card which got rejected reasoning that 16 digit card number was not provided
If you could help us in finding the 16 digit card number we will reapply for the same.
