Hello I'm Shubham yesturday i was check my mail and i have to reseave this mail and today at 12.30 she call me and she is telling me company has giving a project for me and this is 10000 captcha filling in the given id but still after serviceing her agreement after read this agreement i call back but she is not reseving my call and next day i did call again and she telling me if you are not done this project you have to pay 5000 Rs in the company. But today adv. Maysha malik calling me and his telling if you are not pay money in the company then after we are action against you.

I got a captcha work from CSR company it's person call (+[protected], [protected], [protected]) me and sign in agreement during the call on Google form, as per agreement after completing my work I got 9k. She called me and say your count down begin on 24-9-19.
But after 2 days some neha call me they can't assign me any job please send email id I sent then she said send aadhar card I refused because at that time I filled 2k captcha and she said ki kaam hi assign ni huwa . Now today 5-9-19 they sent an email for raised a case in court fill the penalty of 5k then again sent an mail for 8k to closed the case. Please guide me I am poor person.

I got a phone call from CSR Tofik for providing the ad captcha filling work
on 21st Aug 19 if i fill the 10000 entries than i received the salary Rs 22500 first time they will deduct the 5000 from the salary than 16500 i will be receive salary for that i need to sign agreement. I asked the terms of agreement as i was in travel and not readable in mobile properly. He continuously calling for the signing agreement and start to work when i sign he will generate code. second day i download the software and start work and per day many entries i have done. 2-3 days i received calls from Esthetica enterprise as i register member of CSR, she told that they are preparing software so i didn't need to fill manually and price quoted with 4000/- but i was not interested than for pay rs 4000/ so she was ready to provide the software with 2500/- she has given union bank account no and another bank details. I pay to her 2500/ by SBI bank account she has activated software . i kept continuously kept on automation mode upto 4-5 days as per her telling when complete the entries 10000 software automatically stopped. Software automatically stopped and she deleted all the conversations with bank payments receipt with chat histories for the intention of destroying all the histories. meanwhile 10000 entries completed but not shown in report so i contact CST tofik for proper updated report, he didn't reply when i contact helpline number for updated report they told after 10 pm it will get updated . But till the date i didn't get any updated report as well as payment. Instead of payment they sent legal notice and asking for payment. when i contacted kiran from Esthetica she have kept the phone on blacklist. I experience this both companies are fraud and forced to receive payment from innocent people by giving legal notices and threaten to case in court.

Now this agreement witnesseth as follows:
Both parties are mutually agree for the following points.
1. Services: freelancer shall provide adequate work to the company including in given timeline.
Freelancer and the company may agree, orally or in writing, on additional services or development tasks

Freelancer will execute the data processing work provided by client through experienced persons in

3. Payouts: client will provide unlimited workload till contract period for online captcha. This mou has
Been signed for 1 mobile. The client will make the payment for the billing within 7 international
Working days from date of raising the bill subject to the quality check report.
4. Tat: you have 10 days (Include holidays) to complete the work and freelancer has to send it to
Company. The company shall give an accuracy report within 72 hrs. For the new work, after submissions
As per technical specifications which are included in this agreement with accuracy parameters. This
Agreement valid for 11 months.
5. Extension: if you want extra days to complete the project than you need to pay extension amount to the
Company.
6. Termination clauses: - if you fail to submit data on time or, if fails to give accuracy in output files.
Company reserves the right to terminate the agreement with immediate effect. And csr will not be
Responsible for any further data and payment to the business associate. If company found that there are
Multiple logins of a single i. D., the company will not be responsible for the corruption of the data in both
Online and offline modules. And your i. D. Will get terminated without any intimation. If we find any 2 login/
Logout together, 2 ip address without login/ logout, browser upgrade/ degrade without login / logout then id
Will be terminate without any prior intimation.
Your i. D. Will be immediately terminated without any prior notice if any of the following happens,
1) if you use any illegal ways to earn money.
2) if you had not earned anything continuously for 1 week.
3) if company found that there are multiple logins of a single i. D., the company will not be responsible for
The corruption of the data in both online and offline modules. And your i. D. Will get terminated without any
Intimation

Acceptance letter
At the booking time no initial payment is required to pay, but you must have to pay rs. 5100/- amount for
Utility and maintenance on following grounds.
(A) in the matter of fact failure, not submitted or succeed company is entitled to receive amount by any cost.
If you achieve the accuracy which mentioned above, then utility charges will be deduct from your work
Payment and if you fail to achieve accuracy in given timeline, then also you have to pay as a liability which
Describe above.
(B) this charges related to service, development and maintenance cost of the platform where you working
Online. If you deny paying the said amount then company will take this matter legally & all the legal expenses
Will be bear by your side, company is not liable for the same.
Required accuracy by the company:
You must have to provide 90% accuracy in captcha work (10, 000 captcha) in 10 days.
Viz cut off captchas are 9000 (In total) –for full payment
Below cut off - you are not qualified for payment & id will be terminating by server side.
If client makes any mistake in a form that form will be rejected, likewise client have to maintain cut
Off or accuracy.

Sir, i have received a call for work from home online job of entering captcha, on 30 aug 2019. I told them i am searching a job for me. He told me, i have to enter 10000 within 10 days, initially need not to pay anything, but if fails to complete or accuracy is less than 90%. They have taken a adharcard and made agreement. When i searched about this captcha company job i saw review that it's fake and also blackmail the people to pay 5100. I dont want to continue, but afraid of their actions against me. What should i do, please suggest. Sir please help me out to come out this danger situation, i have received call from this number

I got a call from sonam phone no. [protected] on 12/08/2019 and she told me that offering me a part time home base job of captcha typing saying that if i complete 90% of correct captcha within 10 days will earn 17500/-. And i'm agree to join then. Then she asked my pan card me for the selection and i provided this to her through whatsapp. Within one hour she send one online agreement mail then i signed it. After that she was called again for confirm the job. However i research in the google about this csr captcha then i found that this company is fraud and snatching money from people. I immediately told her to cancel the registration but she can said cancel it. But not given work for me. But 26 aug 2019 i got a mail from advocate vishal sharma and calling me to pay 8500/ - otherwise they will file a case against me. Now i am very much afraid. Please do the needful help i and take strong steps owards such a fake company.

Hai I received a phone call from one woman named Pooja from Maharashtra, hse told me that she is from CSR company, and she will give online work to me, she sent me an electronic document with freelancer work agreement and she told me to digitally sign the document, after that she asked me the ID proof, I belieaved her and sent the voter ID proof after that she didn't give me any kind of work, when I called her, her phone was switch off and no other reply was there, after nearly 10 days some persons are calling me and blackmailing me to pay nearly 5000 + 3000 to their account, they are telling that I could not complete the work that is why I have to pay the penalty amount, but they actually cheated me they didn't give any work to me, recently I searched in the internet and I could find that many complaints about this fraud company, I am getting irritated now please help me

I got a call from csr company they have discussed me and tell me do captan work and earn money, so on this time i had tell him you will send details then i will discuss after again call me and let me know about work profile/ profit then i have told him ok.

Then send me agreement and accept letter without my acceptance. Then i have call him tell him i don't want to do this work this time ready ok don't do it, second day i got a call and mail you will pay 5100 rupee then i will send him mail, but they have call me and mail me about legal action. What should I do please let me know.

I sk nadeem would like to draw your kind attention that i get a call from the csr company located at latur maharashtra 413510 for a part time work the job description is to fill up a 10000 captcha within 10 days and they will pay 17500 for that after deducting 5100 as processing so they make an agreement forcefully with me and then their executive s are not available to talk with me for further assistance like they assist before making an agreement after 12 days they call me and threatening me that the aforementioned company take a suit against me and i have to pay ₹5100 immediately to settle the case otherwise i have to pay ₹60000 to settle the case if there is delay in payment.
They are playing with the profession of advocates it is a grave concern they try to malign/defame the advocateprofession
So i am urging you sir to take stern action against the aforesaid company so that no one can get harassed or became victim of the conspiracy of the fraudulent company in future

I got ca on 23-aug-2019, about work from home, they give 10000 captch and 20dys time to finish that work with 90% accuracy, initially they dont ask and tell about money and penalty, i agree with work and i send my id proof, very next know about company fraud and call to company person they no respond, and i mail to their mail id and said that i want resign the job they ask the money for penalty other wise they can file case agaist to me. As mentioned people same thing done to me, but joining after one day i realize that company is the fake, and i mail to the company to resign the job but they tell pay 5100 penalty to close the agreement otherwise they legal way action against to me, so please tell the solution, the company cheating the people and playing with the need of the people.

I have received call few days back from number [protected] regarding captcha work (Image to excel) from home for 90% accuracy. They sent me an agreement but i refused to sign it and take up the work. So i did not sign any agreement. Inspite of that, i got calls from csr to complete the work but i had clearly mentioned i never took up any work.
Now i received calls from legal advocate named 'sanjay patel' number [protected] who is threatening me of legal action against me for not completing the work.
He also sent me the contract which, they claim to be signed by me, but the signatures on the contract are not mine.

I have received call few days back regarding captcha work (Image to excel) from home for 90% accuracy. They have been charging registration fees on my first salary. Due to wrong & not clearity of captcha code provided by csr aurangabaad, i have not submitted my work and have asked me to pay 5100 rs for not completing the work, they have demanded 38950 rs, they are threatening n calling me again n again that if i did not fulfil their conditions they will launch case against me.. There is nothing that has been mentioned in the agreement like and i have not signed any agreement, however been going through the agreement it was only for one slot that means a (Period of 15 days) they are still demanding rs.38950 for court pay order money by mails calls n continuously there threatening.

About a part-time job which involved entering 10000 captchas within 10 days in which 90% has to be correct and told that there are few vacancies left in this job. So, when i accepted the job, they had sent me two links, one of which opened to an app and they called me and asked to upload my photo and signature, aadhar card. Within a few minutes, i got a mail from them saying that you signed an agreement (Which i'm unaware of) that you are liable to pay 5000 inr in the event of not reaching 90% accuracy. Without my permission, they have filed an agreement call not answering after agreement. Ongoing project fromfraud ph no[protected] to[protected]. Very irresponsible person not answer my phone after agrerment they shall not help me for working didnt count my captchas after 160 entries it will be zero count. Why i compete 10000 captchas. These matter how to tell to that person without answering phone many messages sent via sms whatsapp but no response if i call call reject. Please close my agreement the second link which they have sent is not working properly and have been unresponsive when asked about it. Please take quick action against them and resolve this issue quickly

Csr company executive calling me and threatening me for depositing money of 5000.
Initial date[protected] his name is vishal[protected] job is to fill 10000 captchas in 10 days... Initially i did not get any id, password for starting the work. Now an advocate mailed me for legal action will be taken against me calling me continuously and harassing me and saying me to pay 5000 rupees... If not they will file a case against me. Firstly they called me from different numbers and told me that i have to fill 10000 captcha in 9-10 days they r taking too fast that i cant understand they told that i have to pay 5000 for non completion of work. They did not provide me any work. This is a spam and fraud.
Now they are sending emails that they will file a case against me. It is totally fraud scam.

I am jayesh, some days ago i received a call and the girl on call told me about the job of working from home. She also told me that i will get the salary upto 18000₹ after the completion of work in 10 days. She have not told me or guided me about how to work and other details. She asked me to send them a identity proof like aadhar or pan or driving licence so sent her my aadhar cards'photo. She haven't told me about the money i will have to pay if i didn't complete my work in 10 days. They told me these things after the registration process like a fraud. And i was unable to complete the work and i received a email yesterday from nilesh thakur saying that i will have to pay the maintenance and utility fee as given in the agreement. I have not signed any agreement. The stamp paper of the agreement is of 2018 and was from latur maharashtra. The csr company is threatening me that this will become the legal issue if don't pay them money. Sir please get me out of this because i am from a middle class family. I have no money to give them. Men mobile no ([protected]) called on 10th aug he told to resolve captcha work and you will get monthly payment of 22500/-.in first 10 days solve 10000 captcha. On 16 july late night i started captcha typing but link they provided didn't working. On 10 aug i called that executive and said the link you provided is not working. He said due to technical issues we cancelled your work. To continue further you have to submit your family id proofs and email id's. However i research in the google about this csr captcha then i found that this company is fraud and snatching money from people by sending the notice through advocate. I am from delhi ncr. On 19th july i got a call from csr company person named vaishali she told me that our company is providing captcha work to people without any security. And then she sent me freelancer agreement and i signed it digitally. But before signing i told her that i cannot start this work from today i will start it from 24th july. She said ok. You can start it from 24th july onwards. She told 10000 captcha work will give you and from that captcha you have to score 90% accuracy if not then you have to pay us penalty. Other wise if you achieve the accuracy then we will deduct it from your salary account. I agreed upon her condition. And she told me i will call you on 24th. But after some time they activated the one i'd on my name. I received the mail but i thought they just activated i'd not work allotted. But on 24th i came to know that the work has been started since 19th july and already 5 daz gone. And then i google it then came to know that csr is a fraud company. Then i told them to cancel my agreement. And demanded 9500 for the termination of contract. 5100 for utility charges and 3400 for termination of contract. I paid. But still one confusion was their they are taking amount in brazen enterprise account. But i paid to get rid of this drama. Thay also gave me noc for that. But after some days i again received a mail from different email i'd from advocate associates to pay 14500 more. I told them i have already paid all dues. And finally i said no i will not pay you a single penny to you now. Then they said we will suit you for case. And they sent me legal notice reference number with tacking consignment number from advocate dilip jain delhi high court. And same day evening i got a spam call from advocate adhikari. But i didn't received.

I know this is all fraud. They are using the stamp paper for every client. Same legal notice number for many parties. If i track the track the consignment number that is also fake already delivered on past date.

I request you to please punish them. And help me get my money back. They are not just fraud but they are also harassing us. Mentally tortured.

I got a phn call on 16th july 2019 offering me a part time home based job of captache typing saying that if i complte 90% of correct captache within 10days i will earn 22000/- and in good faith i also agree to join... And on the same day I gave him adhar copy. Then i got a link to download their apps and ID and password.when I put the id and password in app it shows error.i called them bt didnt get any response . i msg them bt no rply came... Then after 10days there was a call came on my number from their end saying me that he is advocate aslam shaikh calling from advocate associate and i have to pay 5000/-otherwise they will file a case against me.. Then they mail me of advocate notice...
Please do the needfull and take strong steps toward such fake company.

I got a phn call on 15th july 2019 offering me a part time home based job of captache typing saying that if i complte 90% of correct captache within 10days i will earn 22000/- and in good faith i also agree to join... And on the same day an online agreement was done. Then i got a link to download their apps and after few days when i dont understand weather i am doing correct or not i called them bt didnt get any response i mailed them i msg them bt no rply came... Then after 10days there was a call came on my number from their end saying me that she is preeti shinde calling from advocate associate and i have to pay 5000/-otherwise they will file a case against me.. Then they mail me of advocate notice...
Please do the needfull and take strong steps toward such fake company.

Hello !!! I received a call for captcha work.they said 10000 for 10 days and they will amount of 18k but i didn't agreed... i want to know that its been real or fake... for that i said to them, first i will do 1000 captcha only after getting for 1000 captcha, i will further proceed for the deal of 10000 captcha... They said i will agree you and will be giving 1000 captcha first and receive the payment...then you continue for 10000 captcha... I said okay... After agreement they started cheating on me... said to do 10000 captcha for 10days and i argued and left the conversation...
After 14 days they calling and said that... you have to pay the penalty amount... i got shocked... and they said that they registered case on me... i didn't nothing ... please do some actions on them... they started cheating and getting fraud calls from them...
