threatening for money and sending msg for legal notice
I got a call from subir phone no.+[protected] on 21/08/2019 and he told me that offering me a part time home base job of captcha typing saying that if i complete 90% of correct captcha within 10 days will earn 17500/-. And i'm agree to join then. Then he asked my pan card me for the selection and i provided this to him through whatsapp. Within one hour he send one online agreement mail then i signed it but while singing the agreement i told them that i can't do this job now i will do it in first week of sep 2019 and he agreed for that after that he was called again for confirm the job. After that i got the call from company that my user id is sent on my email id but i told her i can't do it now then she told me ok you will get the call to cancel it but i didn't got the call but still i called them but it was out of service then after that incident i got another call from adv rane saying that company has registered complaint against me and send me legal notice on my mail id - otherwise they will file a case against me. Now i am very much afraid. Please do the needful help i and take strong steps owards such a fake company.

harassment for money

Sir, this is to inform you that there is a company name csr whose executive call me to work with us as a part time with free of cost and earn some money. For this they demand the aadhar copy and the gmail in which they mail me to submit the details of joining as a formality afterwards verification callc to you to join and your portal login with id create for 10days work where i have to fill the captcha only. During verification call i told them that i am not interested in your work so please don't make me involve in it. Even after they forcely crated the login with id which is not access by me. Now they are sending me a legal or fake notice (I don't know) to deposit the 8000 amount and threatening to deposit. Please guide me sir, it's been already lots of complaint of this company in past. What did i do,? Help me

Sir i got a call from capcha csr company saying u have to fill 10, 000 capcha and you will receive 22500/- out of which they said 1st month they will deduct the money of rs 5000/- they send took my identity by wats up and send me the legal agreement by saying it is signed to be digital. But the link has not been said and its all fraud kindly look into this matter. Their numbers are [protected]

I got a call from someone who said she was calling from a company named csr and asked if i'd be interested in a home based job. I said that i'd like to know about the job better and she explained what exactly the work was. Then she asked me to send my voter i card so that she could register my quary regarding the details of the job and also asked me to register my phone no. With them and i did so. She had taken down my mail id and i suddenly was on the receiving end of a mail which had a job agreement attached. I called them up to say that i was yet to decide on this and they said if i do not want to go ahead with them then i must pay rupees 5100. I was shocked and googled about them and all i got to see was plenty of complaints lodged against their fraudgery at your respected consumer support forum. Its day before yesterday only when i received the first call. They have already started to blackmail me over phone. From that they will deduct Rs.5000 as their fees and the will pay Rs.17500. For that purpose he asked my government id and email ID on whatsapp and i had send it. On the same day, i got another call telling it's a verification call from company, and he told, i should complete the work with 90% accuracy within 10 days, They initially did not tell anything about penalty. After that they send me a mail having username and password. After that I called them for my work and they send me a link of some fraud application. After that i searched about csr company in google, i found its a fraud company and threatening so many innocent people for money for not completing the tasks. They are threatening for legal action in the name of advocate through email and phone calls. I tried to call them but no response from their side. I belongs to a middle class family and I hardly have any money for them. So please help me to get rid of this.

Updated by Abhi9593 Dear Sir/MadamMy name is Abhishek Singh and i got a call from CSR company on 14/09/2019. On 16/09/19 they provide online work for captcha filing. They took the signature on stampaper which has already been used by them while entering into contract with someone. When i came to know about this i immediately dropped a mail to them that i will not work for your company as i was sure that they are fraud but they forcing me to start work. I mailed them to deactivate my ID but they refused and forced me to do work. I came to know about stampaper when i googled about them online and there are so may compaints against them. Also they told me to upload my signature on a link without telling me that they will fix them on a stamp paper. It shows that they are cheating a lot of people. I hope that you will look into this matter with highest priority as they are fooling the common man of the land who are looking for job and help their family. My contact no is [protected] i am attaching the agreement that they sent me, It also has same no. as UK 5115 and the one that i found online that they entered with someone else on the same stamp paper having same id as UK 5115. Please look in my matter as soon as possible.

Is this email ID actually belongs to Consumer forum? I don't think so. So please help me and look into this matter at utmost priority because now I don't know whom to trust..

I am milind from nagpur maharshtra. I got the call on 26 th aug 2019. Someone (Harsh) from csr company was offering me a part time home based job of captache typing saying that if i complete 90% of correct captache within 10days i will earn 22000/- and then i sent adhar details to him. Immediatly after an 10 minutes of time an online agreement was done. Then i denied him for doing this fake work and asked him to cancel my registration. He told that on next day my reg will cancelled. Then after 10days there was a call came on my number from their end saying me that he is adv vinay mane calling and i have to pay 5000/-otherwise they will file a case against me.. Then they mail me of advocate notice...
They are sending continuos mail.
Please do the needfull and take strong steps toward such fake company.
They are hassarsing the people.

csr captcha entering work
Sir, i had received a whatsapp call from csr company (Csr company employee-pooja, phone no: [protected]) on 20 aug 2019 for work from home for entering captcha code. She told me that she has a online work
To enter 9000 captcha code out of 10000 within 10 days and they charge rs 5000 as a part of maintenace. She said, they will deduct this maintenance amount 5000 from the payment made upon the completion the work, but if fails to complete the assigned work or accuracy is less than 90% i will have to pay rs 5000 as penalty. For this work, she had taken my soft copy of my pancard, my address and email id on whatsapp. After that she sent a email (Csr email id : [protected]@gmail.com) with link on my mail id and called me from this mob no - [protected] and told me that csr company is genuine, so click on the link and digitally sign it, so i did the same. After getting digitally signed, she told me that she will assign the csr captcha work after verification call. While searching about this csr captcha work on the internet, i came across your consumer forum and found several complaints against this csr captcha work then same day i called up that csr girl pooja and informed her on the phone that i am not interested in your captcha work as i found many complaints against this csr captcha work and requested her not to assign any captcha work to me. She said ok.
On 28 aug'19 i go a call of csr employee nisha (Mob no : [protected]), she was asking about the status about the work. Again i informed her that i have already denied my association with csr and its work to
Pooja after reading the csr company review. I asked her, for which work you are asking the status which i have never received. Again i informed her i am not interested in captcha work.
On 10th sep'19, i received a email from csr advocate (Advocate name : dilip jha, mob no : [protected], email id : [protected]@gmail.com), he was asking me to pay the penalty money to csr otherwise they would take legal action against me. Same day, i replied him by stating that i have already denied my association with csr and its work to pooja after knowing that csr company is fraud and they use to extort money from innocent people in the name of csr captcha work. I had also informed him that i have never worked on any csr captcha work so there is no point to complete the work. Hence i am not liable to pay the penalty money.
After that i start getting threatening call and messages from csr advocate (Name : sanjay, mob no : [protected]) and they have also sent a email (Email id : [protected]@gmail.com) with soft copy notice on 10th sep'19
And given me 7 days to reply.
The address they have written after my name on the soft copy notice is not mine.
So i need your urgent help. Please help me.

This fraud csr has sent me mail and sms today and claiming money basis on an agreement in pdf format, which is made by them without any of my knowledge!!!
I have asked to provide their company details like registered company name, date of inception, address, name of owner, gstn, company regn number, website etc but they have nothing.
Please take an immediate legal action against this fraud group.

I was contacted by a csr company (Phone no - [protected]) on the 12th september 2019 for a part-time job offer where they offered me 22, 500 and in which i have to complete 10, 000 captcha. As i was desperate for a job i agreed to join and they told me to submit an email id and adhaar card also they call me for confirmation immediately in which they told me to say yes only and do not ask questions in that phone call. After they assure me that it’s a legitimate company and they will deduct rs 5100 from the payment that i will earn from completing 10, 000 captchas also, they didn’t tell me about the app but they just send me this

But, tomorrow when i downloaded the mac2app using the above mentioned link, i got suspicious and searched about the company and i have come across so many complaints about this company as fraud. And now i told them no for the work by mailing and texting in whatsapp but they are not replying and csr company send me a mail saying that they will take legal action towards me. Also please help me to get out of this scam as i am a student and i cannot pay them.

This is sudeep from motihari, i got a call from [protected] on 28/08/2019, for work from home data entry job. He told me that i can earn 22000, for online captcha filling. From that they will deduct 5100 rs as their fees and the will pay 17000 rs. For that purpose he asked my id on whatsapp and i have sent that. Now it forced me to sign a fake agreement on a 100 rs stamp paper having the date of 2018. On the same day (28/08/2019) i got another call from [protected] telling it's a verification call from company, and told i should complete the work with 90% accuracy within 10 days, they initially did not tell anything about penalty. After chasing them for 2-3 days they send me a mail having username and password from captcha. (Workload. [protected]@gmail.com). Hence after uploading more than 350 task the app was not showing any thing about work completion hence i have called the coustemer care but the number was switched off for 2-3 days, on 10/09/2019 i had recived a mail from associates advocatefirm and a call from [protected] telling he is an advocate desai and i have breeched the agreement so i have to pay 8100₹ and noc will be provide hence looking after the mail and jurisdiction i had payed the same now they are demanding 38000₹ to settle down this case & they are threatening for legal action in the name of advocate through email and phone call.
So sir please help me out with this

I have received a call for work from home online job of entering captcha from CSR, on 11 September 2019. I told them I am searching for a job for me. He told me, I have to enter 10000 within 10 days, initially need not to pay anything, but if fails to complete or accuracy is less than 90% I have to pay a penalty of Rs 5100. They have taken a photo of my Aadhar Card and made an agreement. They sent me login id and password today. When I searched about this captcha company job I saw reviews that it's fake and also blackmail the people to pay 5100. I don't want to continue, but afraid of their actions against me. What should I do, please suggest? Sir, please help me out to come out of this dangerous situation, I have received a call from this number [protected].

getting harassing calls from advocate rupesh sharma

I have applied for an extra income option sometime on internet and suddenly i got a call from csr company to fill 10000 catcha worlds in 10 days and i will be paid 22500 every month, for the first month they will be deducting 5400 approx as process or documentation fee which i clearly confirmed while signing the contract as in the contract it was mentioned that if i will not complete this job in time i will b charged penalty.
They didnt tell that i have to work on anroid phone, after joining they said and as i was having i phone they told it wont work on i phone so they offered me to purchase a 4000 rs software with which i can work on i phone and even they said after purchasing this software you will be able to complete your work in 3 days but i denied and stopped there.
Now somebody as advocate rupesh sharma sent me an email threatening going legal against me and i also replied in an email and now they are calling me that we are sending you legal notice and police complaint etc, attaching the email please advise.
They didnt tell that i have to work on anroid phone, after joining they said and as i was having i phone they told it wont work on i phone so they offered me to purchase a 4000 rs software with which i can work on i phone and even they said after purchasing this software you will be able to complete your work in 3 days but i denied and stopped there.
Now somebody as advocate rupesh sharma sent me an email threatening going legal against me and i also replied in an email and now they are calling me that we are sending you legal notice and police complaint etc, attaching the email please advise.

I had updated my resume in job search apps and got a call from company named CSR. They were asking to say yes to a part time job and I said ok. Now they have come up with an agreement which is totally one sided. Also by going thru the complaint I got to know it's a scam. Please do something about this fishing techniques as they are just looting the innocent people. Also they are not even picking up any calls/answering my mails. Though this is clear to me now that it's a scam I am not going to pay anything or work for them. Please help

captcha work fraid and mentally harassment
I received a call on 22 August. Taking my details from shine.com, he took advantage of my unemployment and took my Aadhar card for registration and asked me to pay a salary of Rs 2200 in the name of part time job. And sent an agreement asking me to complete 9000 captcha in 10 days. And in the name of registration amount, said to deduct 5000 rupees, 17000 rupees. But after 2 days, I could not work due to my poor health. Now they are mentally harassing me by sending notice of advocate on the basis of agreement and my documents. Please help me

She offered me captcha typing job where I have to provide 90% correct captcha and they will provide 22k from which 5k they will deduct. After documentation her number is not available and cannot send message as well, when I checked in Consumer Forum, there are multiple complaints on same.

Csr company executive sana shaikh phone number ( [protected] ) messaged my husband ( subir kumar ) and asked that are you interested for work from home ? my husband agreed and then she asked him his aadhar card my husband provided her the same... She said that she will send him a link and he will have to fill 10000 captcha in 10 days ... But she haven't provided any link to do so... Now he is getting a mail saying that he " you have to pay 8000 rs for not filling the captcha within 10 days.. and when i asked that lady that why my husband is getting legal notice for this when he haven't got any link to do the work... Then they sent the link wisely after complaining... Now that lady is not picking up my call and she bloked me on WhatsApp... What to do plz tell

I got a phn call on 2nd Sep 2019 offering me a part time home based job of captache typing saying that if i complte 90% of correct captache within 10days i will earn 22000/- and in good faith i also agree to join... And on the same day an online agreement was done. Then i got a link to download their apps and after few days when i dont understand weather i am doing correct or not i called them bt didnt get any response i mailed them i msg them bt no rply came... Then after 10days there was a call came on my number from their end saying me that she is preeti shinde calling from advocate associate and i have to pay 5000/-otherwise they will file a case against me.. Then they mail me of advocate notice...
today 11 sep i got mail and call form Ashwani advocate which alien for CSR company group .he abuse me and get fear me if not pay rs.[protected] then he will court file against my.
Please do the needfull and take strong steps toward such fake company.

asking for money settlement
I received a call from csr regarding captcha work and i agreed to that work because they told me that i qill be getting 22500 every ten days and 5100 rs will be deducted from first salary. I received my login credentials but didn't receive any mail regarding work. I called the person who called me for the job and asked him about it but he said that it will come in one or two days. So, i waited. After that a new call came regarding the work and i rejected and they said okay.
Now, after ten days a mail from lawyer came and threatning me for money.
Since, i never received any mail and never got the work. I shouldn't have to pay money but she is threatning me. Please help

So, he talked with the company and told me that they will never call me again.
My complaint is resolved and they are not calling me anymore.

not able to work provided by company due to non working link
I have got from mob no. +91 97665 40493 on 29th aug 2019 for captcha work. The. After i got login i’d, pass work and link for the same. The link was not working. After repeatadly telling and mailing to company i haven’t got satisfied answer. They only told me to try again and agin. Now today on 10th sep 2019 i got a call from +[protected] from legal department stating that you don’t have completed the work and you have to pay the security amount or they will file case against me. Please look in to the matter.

I am complaing about a fraud company csr (Web-tech) who called me for a captcha typing work in a app named mac2cap. They told to type 10000 captchas in 10 days. After starting the work i found that it is a fraud company. So i stopped working in the app. They told that registration fee will be 5000 rupees. When i tried to call them they didnot respond to me and after 10 days they are calling me and asking me pay a penalty of 12000 rupees, otherwise they will file a case on me. So please disclose my agreement from the app and also close the app and arrest those frauds from cheating others. Now they r blackmailing me to pay fee.

Same case with me. I just declined saying I am not liable to do any work by them, they are demanding money but I told I know u guys are scammers. Anyway it's a mental harrasment unnecessary and I am too furious on these guys. Do let me know what else happened. Also u didn't paid anythin ri8?

Here! I am complaining about the fraud company which is named as csr but before it was known as web tech company. They give the task of doing 10000 captcha in 10 days and i started working on that too and when i check my profile that how much i do it's shows zero all the time. And now they are calling day to night that give me[protected] as penalty otherwise you will arrested. And they don't know how but they take sign on their agreement and they take adhar card photos from front side and backside.

Sir, i have received a call for work from home online job of entering captcha, on 31 august 2019. I told them i am searching a part time job. He told me, i have to enter 10000 within 10 days, initially need not to pay anything, but if fails to complete or accuracy is less than 90% i have to pay penalty of rs 5100. They have taken a photo of my voter id and made agreement. They sent me login id and password 2 sept 2019. When i searched about this captcha company job i saw review that it's fake and also blackmail the people to pay 5100. I dont want to continue, but afraid of their actions against me. What should i do, please suggest. Sir please help me out to come out this danger situation, i have received call from this number[protected]

fraud in the name of part time job

This is greeshma from vijayawada, i got a call on 23/08/2019, for work from home data entry job. He told me that i can earn 22000, for online captcha filling. From that they will deduct 5100 rs as their fees and the will pay 17000 rs. For that purpose he asked my id on whatsapp and i have sent that. On the same day he asked me to sign a fake agreement on a 100 rs stamp paper having the date of 2018. On the same day (23/08/2019) i got another call from telling it's a verification call from company, and said that i should complete the work with 90% accuracy within 10 days, or else i should pay 9000 to their company after 10 days. They initially did not tell anything about penalty. After that they send me a mail having username and password from captcha workload. [protected]@gmail.com. I couldn’t complete the task and they asked to pay penalty of rs.7500 and i paid the same to account no:[protected]. I decided to withdraw from the agreement and asked the procedure. They made me to pay rs. 53, 450 in the name of penalty and digital signature and issued an noc by threatening for legal action in the name of advocate through email and phone calls. Later they again called that the case filed should be withdrawn by me by paying an amount of rs.30500. But i didn’t pay the amount.

So please take some strict and necessary action against these fraud people and refund the amount paid by me.

fake company
They called me by taking my data from shine.com to complete captcha work. Even i log in and started the work i did not find either it is correct or wrong and then i checked in internet finding that it is a fake company. And i do not want any kind of calls and messeges. Please help me. I called them their helpline number is switched off and they are not replying to the mails also.
My friend got call after completing the work that pay penalty charges and otherwise a case against you. She told me so i am leaving this work. Please take some serious action about the company so they will not further musguide the people

Hello I'm Shubham yesturday i was check my mail and i have to recive this mail and today at 12.30 she call me and she is telling me company has giving a project for me and this is 10000 captcha filling in the given id but still after serviceing her agreement after read this agreement i call back but she is not reseving my call and next day i did call again and she telling me if you are not done this project you have to pay 5000 Rs in the company. But today adv. Maysha malik calling me and his telling if you are not pay money in the company then after we are action against you.
