I ordered 2 sarees online from daarce.com, the total price was rs1590 in their website, the material was shown as silk. But when they shipped, it is cotton. Also the colour varies greatly.
When asked for refund of money, they are saying no refund.in addition they are asking me to pay rs. 200 for this package. Are asking me to return this product at my own expense.
Kindly help on this issue.

I ordered 3 sarees from this site and they are of pathetic quality. They listed the material to be silk.. But they all are synthetic. I wanted to return the products and requested bank transfer of my amount. They informed that that would deduct an amount of 200 and would refund the remaining balance through some points. I do not want to shop any more from the site and hence i agreed on the deduction of the 200 rupees and requested bank transfer...
