Sir i decided to pay my electricity bill today but by mistake i have done the payment twice. It was the mistake of the website i guess www.uppclonline.com the page was showing error at the time of payment. My bank account has been deducted twice and also received the message twice from electricity department. So i kindly request you to please make sure that my extra payment is refunded

DEAR SIR,
As per my earlier and repeatedly requesting I am still not receiving my electricity bills since May'2013. I somehow managed to pay the bills till June'2013 by duplicate bills. Also after requesting number of times there has been no response from your side and no person from your office is coming to take the monthly reading of my electric meter.

With reference to our connection -Book No # 3105/Connection No # 002001 in the name of B.L.Sharma R/o 177 Shahzadi Mandi, Agra, please note that our security deposit was Rs. 600 as per Bill No.118881 dated 24/03/2007 issued by DVVNL. As it is known that Torrent had taken over our power supply for the last 3 years but an amount of security deposit is still mentioned as Rs. 300 only on the latest bill from Torrent.
