Company named data entry solutions.. i have spend more then 18, 000 to get the work done and now they said within 15 mins... i will receive my payment.. now their phone number is switched off..they said that nothing will happen.everything will be alright..this is safe and secured...this is a legal company..they have also shared some screenshots . I want either my salary or all my money back... Please advise what can i do...what legal action can i take

When i searching for online data entry on quiker to work from home to earn some money. I got whatsapp message (See image)

Which tells me only one time registration fees 699rs you have to pay to join us then you can start online data entry work to earn money...
I paiyed to them 699rs, after that she replied me you have to also pay 2299 rs for documents verification...
I said "i dont have more money to give you because i am poor background... You said me you need to pay just one time fee i. E rs699 after that how you can ask me to pay extra 2299 rs..."
She said its a company policy...

In this way i loss my 699 rs...
She didn't tell me initially that you need to 699+2299 rs.

Hi i am vijina about this company i knew from quikr website i whatsapp a lady named divya number[protected] she said firstly to pay a registration charge which is 680/- that i paid by through bank there after she said that registration amount were being refundable once you completed your work. So the work was typing 100 pages and you get 30000/-if you done your before 20 days you were get 3500/- incentive plus 30000/- i completed work within 10 days when i asked my payment she said firstly pay commission which is 8000/- i said just cut out from my payment she said they can't do that they have to show their amount in account section than i understood that it was fake i asked for my registration amount back they said after 15 days will be do she didn't anything she blocked me from calls and whatsapp i lastly said her i will complaint to police she said i don't care lots of people said that no one is there to complaint about us

I got to know about this job through the worst site for job application - quickr. I applied, after which i got a whatsapp message from -[protected] and [protected] giving me details of the job and asking for a registeration fees of 690₹.

After the payment was made they stopped responding and blocked me and weren't scared even after i threatened them to file a police complain. I am a student and 690 is a huge amount for me that i just lost in hopes of finding a job : (

Hi I got a call typing call they told me this is typing you can type 80 pages they ask firstly 450 registration charges and they told me you submit before 15 days you get 27500 I have submit this work 8 days they told me we will check and then they check they told me you get 27500/- + comm 3500 but they ask you pay gst and 50% commission they I have 70000 please refund my money I have very disappointed

They give ad on quikr.com for data typing part time job. A girl named vaishali (Mob. [protected]) chats only on whatsapp, gives details (All forwarded messages) and asks for 777/- for application, which she claims as refundable. She repeatedly pursues you until you finally pay the amount. Then she again asks for 1799/- saying it is for the agreement. When you try to call her, the number is "busy" or switched off. She tells to call on whatsapp only. She asks for photo, aadhar card and email id and sends pdfs and guidelines to type them. After again paying 1799/- she stops replying suddenly and doesn't send any agreement. I tried calling the paytm number on which the money wad sent. At first nobody picked up and when i tried again, it was switched off. I send many msgs and the girl vaishali only sees the msgs but never replies. I lost in total 2576/- rs.in this scam. Please take necessary and immediate action.

Company name data entry solution message me by someone name Shidhart Sharma for work from home and I have paid 500for registration and after that 1075 for agreement and I submitted my work today completing 70pgae bad tehy said my salary is 26375 but they send after I pay 6000comission fee to them and they didn't tell anything about comission fee before the work submission. So please call them and said them to give my money back.

This is MADHUMATHI VENKATESH from Chennai. I applied for data entry job through quikr.com and I got your company details through them by message in my phone, I applied believing it to be a good and honest industry. I completed my project on the given time and submitted it through whats app to Mr. R.K Goyal. He asked me to pay Rs.3000 for quality checking on November 20th and he gave the report saying that it had 94% accuracy of it on 23rd of the same month, then he asked me to pay Rs.4000 for taxation and I paid it too. after 3 days he messaged me saying that I need to pay Rs.6000 for opening a salary account in SBI and I paid that amount too, he informed me that the company will courier all my banking stuffs, again after 8 days he informed that I need to pay an amount of Rs.9000 for no objection certificate and I paid for that too and he told that I'll get my salary in next 3 to 4 days. he again texted me saying that I have to pay an amount of Rs.10000 for NEFT transaction and he told that I'll get my salary within 12 hour once I send the money. After a long duration on December 16th he texted me that the company has sanctioned my cheque and that now again I have to pay an amount of Rs.12000 as the company will send me a laptop to use it during this agreement period of nine months for the project. He also sent me a hard copy of scanned check after which I paid that 12000 too. He told me that I would receive my cheque in 3 to 4 days. Its been five days but I have not received any cheque or laptop from your company. apart from that he is not replying to any of my messages even though he is online. He just kept giving excuses and just got money money from me. the total amount I have paid him was Rs.46050(this doesn't include the registration fees Rs.2050).
Note: as my paytm was not working I sent an image of my credit card and he took the amount from it. He sent me the screenshots of all the payments except for that last 12000 after which he got absconded. I'm also attaching the chat history Mr. Goyal

Hi, people of this company contacted me to provide home base pdf file to ms word typing jobs. And i joined there. I have joined in the reference of rahul. He said me there is one time registration fees i need to pay for joining, i paid 300 rs. I got work after one day. I hv completed my work within 10 days and submitted to them. I have also submitted the work. After submission while giving me salary,,, nobody has given., they have again asked me payment of amount 7000 (Devika pathak) rahul also didnt help me... Now they are not providing me my payment... And asking me money again and again... Again i got connected with another colleague of the same company. Her name was vaishali. I hv told her my situation in details. But she told she will help me.in the name of helping me she has also cheated me and taken 500 rs from me. She is asking me to pay a gst amount of rs. 2280 in order to take my salary and she is ensuring me that she is providing payment to all.in this way i have lost my 800 rs and requested them again and again to send my payment but they have not picked up my call. Really fake and scam company cheating people lyk anything. We have to take a strong action against them.. Kindly help me team..

Rreally a fake company

I contacted this company from quikr job because I was in need of money. They told me I will need to pay 580 for the registration fee... I paid now they are asking me to pay 1880 more for some documentation fee.. I said OK I won't do it, you guys should have made clear about the money stuff. I said I want a refund but they keep on telling me to pay the rest only then I will be refunded through salary. Please help me get my money back. Thank you

I was looking for a data entry job for sometime to earn some money being a student. I got a number from quikr.com after i registered with them. I texted on whatsapp on that number and got a reply for job offering saying i had to pay
590 rs to get the job. First i asked for payment proof but they didn't reply for a few days. Initially they did and sent me some screenshot of people being paid. I wonder if that was legit. They offered 16000 rs plus incentive of 3500 if i typed a project of 80 pages in a month and with incentive if i could do it in 10 days. So after paying 590 i get another text out of no where saying i have to pay more 2850 rs. As documentation fee. First i was reluctant to pay and asked for proof of agreement paper or bond that they promised. They told me to wait for 30 mins and after 1 hour, sent me the screenshot of typed agreement, when i ask why not on stamp paper they say it will be given after payment, so i believed them again and made the payment, but the again out of no where i am asked to pay rs. 6885 or more as a final step, then i was sure that it is a scam, when asked for refund, they said they can only refund on second salary which is after i pay that much money. When asked again and again, they deny. When i try to call them, its switched off, wont receive calls on whatsapp. Please i want this issue resolved and my money back.

This company initially sent a mail under the pretext of providing freelance typing job. After contacting them through the whatsapp only number they asked to pay initial deposit of rs.999. Then they sent a pdf and said that the text has to be typed onto microsoft word page but for providing guidelines an amount of rs.2999 has to be paid. After completing the job and sending it to them they again demanded rs.7840 towards updating account in the company. On doing that they further demand rs.8999 for salary code update. The initial guidelines given by this company has no details about any of these payments and they did not divulge any of these details even on repeated enquiry about payments, neither are they ready to refund any amount that has been paid from my side. This so called company has deceived me into paying rs.11838. Kindly help

Someone monica from karan online job mobile no. +[protected], contact me for data entry work on 19th oct they asking me for 562/- as registration fees, then they will provide me the data entry work pdf to word. After paying it, they demanding 1785/- as documentation charges, i am also paid that amount on 1st nov 2018, then demand 3850/- as plan charges and that also i have paid on 13th nov 2018, after it they demanding 8850/- as login id charges nad it also paid on 22nd dec 2018, and now they demanding 7770/- bond agreement charges,
I have frustrating about it. Please help me i did not get my salary or my payment till now, they demanding me money diffrent ways.

I m varghese from kerala, i was provided home based offline typing job from the above company - contact person ms. Ananya - con. No. [protected]. Asked to pay rs. 650/- as registration fees to axis bank a/c. No. [protected] (Ifsc code. Utib0000589) of mr. Harvinder singh. After payment a pdf file was send, again asked to pay rs.1150/- for other proceedings. That too was paid on 7/12/2018. On 12/12/2018 the completed work was submitted thru whatsapp. After receiving the file asked to pay rs.7000/- as commission chgs. Which i refused to pay. After many chats thru whatsapp, now she is not turning up only, wherein i was cheated. Will these fraudsters be booked.

They took 2100 rs as registration fee which they said can be refundable. Amd gave me work after submission of work they said in order to get the salary i have to pay their commission of 4000, so i paid 4000 after that they didn't respond to my calls and messages, overall they took about 6000 rupees and never gave me back any penny, i got cheated,
Please don't get into this like fraud company.

This is Ramanuja Sandeep. i had done a Data Entry in the company name of Data Entry Solution. For starting the they took the registration fee and agreement fee. After the completion of work they took salary update and code update like that. They said these all amount are refundable like that. I paid through Paytm. Now they are not contact with me. I paid more than 70, 000. At first i paid for salary. After some amounts are paid for my refund amount. now they are not available. I had all payslips what i paid and all the number to whom i talk.

With my half knowledge i had done a mistake.
please help me in this.

A company named data entry solutions. I applied for some data entry work in this company. I completed my work on time with accuracy. The person i talked to is named as priya sharma. She said that i have done my work and will get the salary after paying some amount to the company, and the salary will come in my account within 15minutes. I completed all the process of the payment. It's been 4 days and there is no response of the salary by the company. Either their number is switched off or they don't reply. I have lost more than 18000 of amount to get my salary. Kindly look into the matter and request for my paid money instead of getting salary and help me. Please ask for the refund. Thank you.

I saw the advertisement of the Data Entry Solution job in one of the job finding site, and I contacted them for the part time job. In the beginning, when I asked them all the procedures to join, they said we have to pay initial fee of rupees 570 that's it. After that I paid rupees 570 to Mr. Sanjay Mandal Kumar through Paytm. Once after paying without any prior information they are now asking 1985 rupees as the registration fee. Before paying rupees 570 I asked them whether I need to pay again. They said no. Now they are telling me to pay 1985 rupees. Later on I told them that I don't want to join and to return my 570 rupees back, but they are denying to pay it to me back. Please look in to the matter and provide me justice.
