They black mailed me for paying 4000/-.they given work of form filling which completely fake work, which do not exist, plz helpme to get back my money

I got a call from the data info services and said after the jobs and i have filled 1000 forms and submitted for qc and they deleted my files and said to pay 4000 They blockmailed and after when i saw it was a fraud company and there are so many cases against them
they are block mailing with cases and taking my money 4000 this is the case where all innocent people are getting trap Please take a strict action against them and please refund My money

I received a call from a number stating they are offering work from home data entry job and on the call she mentioned you need to complete 1000 forms in seven days and submit the same, if you need any extension you can get and i will have to pay rs. 4000 for the same. If the work is submitted in 7 days with 90% accuracy then i would get rs. 15000 for the work however i was not informed that if the qc is failed i will have to pay them rs. 4000 and they are calling and speaking in unprofessional way. I asked them that if there are changes then you shall give me a day i can correct the same and submit it again and you can deduct the amount from payment. They said there is no such option, i asked them anyways you will be using my work as i finished the task in time so you can deduct as much as you want and pay be for 700 forms that are correct, they denied and asked me to gpay the amount immediately of rs. 4000 else they would file a legal case against me. I tried to contact them however there was no response and i asked them to let me speak to someone of higher authority they did not respond. Yesterday i received an email stating its legal notice for the amount that i have not paid and i need to pay within 3 days.

I stressed my self and completed the task within 7 days and submitted the work thinking i would get some amount in the crisis. However they are using the work or wantedly failing qc and demanding money from people. I have whatsapp chat conversation and when i asked them question there was no response from them. The numbers when we are trying to call are not responding and i received an email and its surprising to see that the company name on the notice is different and company name on the agreement is different. I just checked today and found there are many complaints raised on this company, i would like to file a case against this company so that no one else has to go through similar situation.

I'm srinivas from hyderabad, i contacted this company through quicker.com, they called me and sent one agreement which is fraud, they sent 1000 forms data typing and they said type the forms within 1 week with 90 percent accuracy, i typed almost, and i asked to extend one day, but they rejected and demand to pay 4000 for breach of contract. Hello sir this is veeresh from andhra pradesh . Sir one of the company data info services(automobiledataentry) has made a cal to me and they said about the job of data entry and I accepted to do.. But they just sent me the agreement to my mail and Instantly they made a cal to accept that and click on the verify and then asked to send msg like I will take the work to thiers mail. Without reading any instructions.. Forcebly made all those... And provided work.. They said that you have to do 1000 forms within the 7 days.. Otherwise you have to pay 4000 if the accuracy doesn't reaches 90% .. Finally I tried to do but after some time I realized that they are doing some fraud and the person who made a cal to me.. Was blocked me in whatsApp.. I asked her to cancel my work and she was blpcked and again I sent message to their mail and they said that you have to pay 1500 to cancel my work.. But I said no.. After they said otherwise the work will continue if you doesn't pay.. After that you have to pay total of 4000 .. Please take strong action against them... I am poor person.. I can't bare like this

Before starting there are tell about some details about form filling and they sent one demo form according to that i completed my work but now there saying you are submitting the required accuracy so, they are saying you have to pay 4000, it's bad without rest 7 days i worked on this project. Now there sending some massage about payment and we are sending this issue to legal department like this

I am taken a work from rs it services on 22/02/2020.and they said by filling 1000 forms in a span of 1 week you can earn 15000.in that 3700 will be cut on some admin charges and they asked my id proof.and i submitted the final work by 24/02/20 itself they after submission the qc report will come with in 72 hrs.but it is false.it came by 1 week after my submission.but finally they said your qc failed so you have to pay Rs.3700/- .and they send a notice like forms from a advocate.but there is some issues in qc report.they manipulated the data.please help me guys

After 7 days, with in time only i submitted entire work with full accuracy by checking twice before submitting it to qc... Next day i got mail, qc is failed, you are not achieved 90% accuracy in work. You have to pay 4000 to company. They are manipulating the data from back end.. Without any clear information... Data info services reached me through quicker and then they explained about their work. I felt its true because they didn't ask money before the process. They asked to sign a agreement for 11months to work with them and quality related, break of quality or middle drop will cause a breach of agreement and have a pay Rs.4000 as their processing charges.. In agreement process they are doing totally clever game. They asked to enter otp mobile number verification and then they have said that u have signed agreement successfully. Without any notice with a single otp how can a agreement become legal
.
I am totally in pressure situation. I got a job . Now they are saying u will face a court case i[censored] didn't pay money. Please help me..

I applied home based job in quikr and later one lady called and say about their work to fill forms and after that i joined the work but later i submitted my work they repiled ur agreement has been terminated and u have to pay 4000 service charges and i was declined that message and after 2 days one mail
Came to my gmail id i. E. U have to pay 5000 and if not means legally proceeded in that mail and they eventually forcing to pay money to their accounts but the company is fraud dont try to apply jobs like this fruads company's data info services cheating people and asking money to pay if not they will put cases
Please make sure sir this company making faults please take action sir as soon as possible

I searched for data entry jobs in quickr. One day i got a call from a lady from company data info services and offered a data entry job to me. I agreed and while i am doing work site not worked properly and i cancelled my work on the same day. After 10 days i got a call from the lady tried to threaten me to pay 4000 rs and i denied it 2 days later i got a legal notice to my mail mentioned to pay 5000 rs. I have searched in consumer forum to check whether any cases have been filed on this company. After my research i came to know about this company is cheating people from reading one of the complaint.
