On 19th of june, i recieved a call from a lady, she tells me about a data entry job from datadesk outsourcing services
And there was no upfront payment that i must pay. She told me she would contact me in whatsapp and explained that she would give me 1000 forms to type and i would get 15 rupees per form and i will have to complete in 10 days. She told me they would deduct 3400 rupees from the 15000 rs that i would get.
I said ok, she then told me she will sent me an email and i will have to enter the otp to confirm, as i took a few minutes to open my email she urged me to do it fast as her working hours is only until 5 pm.
As i entered the otp, the lady told me i would get a verification call.in the verification call a man explained that i must do atleast 900 forms correctly or i would get no payment and will have to pay 3400.
I got a password and when i attended the typing, "the fonds where purposefully given so that i would make mistakes"
I attended all questions and the content where basically symbols and there was no difference between o and 0. And font style are also very tough to understand between capital letter i and small letter l. I tried calling the company but it was switch off. The next morning i called the lady and informed the situation, she told "i dont know anything, call the helpline in the email". Now they are telling that i have around 204 incorrect forms and will have to pay 3400 or else i will have to face legal consequences, his advocate will contact me. And continuously calling me from different numbers and also messaging me that i will get the legal fir copy from advocate and have to pay 15000.

The company has contacted me as per the quikr jobs application, through whatsapp and they've sent me the job details regarding the form filling work. I had to complete 1000 forms in 10 days per form 15/-, and they informed that there is no admission charge at the beginning once the work is complete they will deduct the amount of 3400/- from the payment as the charge. They had a promissory note that the accuracy should be 90% otherwise they will terminate the id and will have to pay the utility and maintenance charge to the company. I agreed for the job and they had sent the bond paper for agreement, in which i had to sign with an otp verification. Everything done i started working and i have completed the work and submitted within the time. And after three days i received a mail from company's legal team stating that i had breached the clause of agreement and has been terminated, and if i refuse to make the payment for the company's loss i will be imposed by iac 1872 section 17 and ipc 420. Still if i refuse i will have to pay the double amount and a legal notice will be issued against me and will be called for legal proceedings.
•i will be reported as defaulters in cibil, experian, equifax and crif highmark. I will not be eligible to avail loans from banks/financial institutions. I will not be able to get a credit card in the future.
•if i have existing loans, then i may get a call from the lenders about my delinquency.
• i may have trouble with background verification with future employers. They have a case against me because of “breach of contract”.
•if i were a student, then it will be informed to the institution about defaulter case.
If i refuse to consider this notice with utmost importance and make arrangement to repay the overdue amount as mentioned in agreement along with legal fee till actual realization of the said amount within 12hrs from the date of receipt of this notice, they would have to initiate necessary actions.
Section 45 of coercion act shall be imposed on me, if i try to coerce the client then, arbitrary act as per an article 14 shall imposed on me. Court will select an arbitrator and at that time i might need to pay rs.15000/- for total loss. This is what they have sent as the payment intimation from the company's side. After this they had started threatening me by sending messages that the present day i will receive legal notice and fir copy from their advocate and then i will have to pay 15000/- in mumbai high court.
