Datancy services from Bangalore, They are blackmailing me to pay 5900 rs because of not completing the work they have given is 500 forms complete within 5days it's impossible So., Today they trying to call me and i received, They are telling pay service charges and gst amount penalty of â¹ 5900 And I'm Not Ready to Pay that, They Told We will go through legel notice to your adhar card address and police come and take you to the court And So, I'm Not Scar about it Then., I Told Okay Sir Go Ahead I Know The Laws Rules and Regulations better than you, don't try to teach me, I don't Care their hassament, I'm just Blocking their numbers that's it. Don't Worry Guys, Don't Scar About these ###. If You Loss Confidence, they will do anything and any harassment And Don't Worry If You Really Suffering From This Problem Don't Worry I'm With You Please CONTACT Me I'll Give you some instructions. Cyber crime
I am facing the same issue and kindly make the group and attach the screenshots they are asking different amounts from different people. Also the company is not registered under companies act, not having valid CIN, PAN so I think that we should file joint application to narendra modi.They extracted so much money from me and I was in some problem that's why took up the work.

I have been facing the same problem with dating services that they are asking for filing the forms and then asking for submitting the money. I have submitted the amount and they are asking for more and more money. I have paid already 15000 and I want a refund. The person who is making the group I have requested that we should attach the screenshots as they are asking different amounts from everyone by threatening and issuing notice and should make a joint application to narendra modi because collectively he will be resolving the issue.

So i am not fluent in english . idk whtsapp par kaise is company se msg aaya or inhone kaha ki 500 forms 5 days me fill karna hai 20000rs milnge inhone mujhse ek vedio banwaya or mere signs liye but mujhe abhi pata chala ke ye fake h or ye form itne kam time me fill krna impossible hai please help me to get rid of it . idk ki kya ho rha hai...

I was looking for data entry job on online free data entry website and I got a WhatsApp message from Datancy Services saying we saw your profile in online free data entry website are you interested in form filling job.I agreed and started to work online. Condition was I need to fill 500 forms by 5 days they will check the QC level it should be 75% . I have filled 500 forms and submitted and they told QC level is 80%, and asked me to pay Rs 5900/-or else they will send legal notice I don't understand how all 500 forms will have mistakes and I paid 5900 but again their calling me and texted me in 2 mobile numbers like" the case has been generated and case has been registered by which you have to close the legal proceedings starts against you and the legal proceedings cancellation charges is of 10, 000"and texting me continuously saying come to the court this is too frustrating me

I got a message on whatsapp of data working I agreed and they just send me a web link to verify myself and agree to their terms and conditions cause I actually don't know the things that how to do this and the give me 500 forms to fill in just 5 days its just impossible and I want to quit now but they are saying I have to pay 5000+gst+service charges and saying that they will send legal notice and police yo my house what should i do please tell me

The datancy services company are forcing me to pay 46, 800 amount to their company I am a student how can this is possible for me to do they are Just saying that you need to pay with in 20mins or else you have to come to court. Please help me to come out of this

Fraud of money
First [protected] this number call me and said me that he take my number from qoureca .com and told me a data entry job and sallery 20000 for 5 days.so i registered with them now he says if you can't do this you should to pay 5000 with 18% gst.i am from a poor family I can't able to give money please help me😭😭😭

I have been harrassed by this site for not paying my charges which I already had done but it was the company's fault and they were calling all morning and threatening us about legal action and stuff now after i showed them all the transaction they have been M.I.A and now there's no court for them like I've worked for them and they have to pay me 11800 which they are refusing to and now no one's even answering the calls or replying back and i don't know how else to get in contact with them

1. My complaints: I was joined on "Datancy services" for data entry job on[protected]. They have given 500 forms and told me to submit within 5 days and the salary is Rs. 20000 in that first time they will charge 5900 as registration fee and the remaining amount I will get as my salary. If I don't complete the 500 forms within 5 days I have to make the payment of Rs. 5900/-. I started working on this and I was unable to complete the forms within 5 days hence I called to them on their customer care number they told that they can extend my end date by making a payment. For one day extension Rs. 1180/-. I have paid total Rs. 4720/- for 4 days extension. Yesterday 11:59 PM was my last date for submission. Hence I messaged for one day extension yesterday they were not answering for my message. Today morning they messaged me for the registration fee of Rs. 5900/- within 20 minutes as my end date was over. As they told me I have paid full amount with the multiples of Rs. 2000+2000+1900 within 20 minutes. After making payment I have shared all the screen shots and again they asked me to make the payment of Rs. 10000/- for cancellation because the client already filed a case against me they are telling. I called them for the same they are telling if you don't want to make the payment then fight in court your case already filed. Please help me from the frauds. They are torchering for the payment.

Why have you paid? It's totally fake... Just file a complain a complain to cyber police department.. And get it resolved by them.. And get your money back from this fraud company...

Regarding fake datancy services company blackmail and fraud with most of the students
Datancy services are targetting most of the students and jobless people all over India who need job after the corona period. They are doing cyber crime. They are taking the advantage of students to get 500 forms filled and to maintain 75% above accuracy...according to their agreement. I have made accuracy above 75%0according to their QC report they were showing on their site.
After that...so called advocate...call students that you have to pay penalty because your accuracy is not above 80%. You have to pay postal Service charge of 5900+18% gst...otherwise they will send legal notice to address...police will come to home... These all threatnings...
Instead of paying to students for doing the hard work, they have made the conspiracy to trap and grasp money from students.
All the group members of this company should be punished by the Cyber crime team. So that they can't cheat, blackmail and play with the life of other students.
I request you all... Not to scare with these frauds... Kindly file FIR and complain about them in cyber crime.
I really feel very sad... There are people in our country who do not have any more humanity in them... Cheating with innocent people... Just for money...

Online Fake Form Filling Job

I was looking for data entry job on Naukri and we got a WhatsApp message from Datancy Services saying we saw your profile on Naukri are you interested in form filling job.I agreed and started to work online. Condition was I need to fill 500 forms by 5 days. I have filled 500 forms and submitted, but now I am getting calls to pay Rs 5900/- or else they will send legal notice. Please help to stop these messages and calls.

This happened with me too. I denied to pay 5900 and they threatened me in a very rough tone. They sent me the legal notice and asked me to be present at court. They tried to scare me off but when I replied back to them stating that I will be present at the court with my lawyer, they got a little nervous. My lawyer called them and while discussing they said that they have nothing to do with data entry.
I even checked my case no. mentioned in the legal notice on the Court's website. The case no. does exist but has a completely different description. That case was Registered under some land dispute. These guys just copied the case no. and pasted on the legal notice and sent it to me in order to scare me so that I pay them 5900 in order to avoid all court matters.
Now since I revolted against all this, they haven't contacted me again. But I do wonder about those people who do not have access to different resources. They will easily scare them off and extract money from them.
The person who contacted me initially was Swati, although I really doubt whether or not thats her real name. Her contact no. is: [protected]
Apart from this contact I also got calls and threats from other numbers as well - [protected] &[protected].
I have kept screenshots of my whatsapp chat with these numbers. Although they haven't bothered me, but if they do I can use them as proof.
