I ordered earphones on dealclear with order id#53149 but cancelled it within 10 mins. And i haven't received my refund. I sent an email but they didn't reply. They have a customer care number but that number is constantly busy. I placed my order on 24th may and still no reply. My order is pre-paid order. I didn't even receive cancellation message or email.

I have ordered samsung uflex bluetooth headphones from dealclear website on 18th march 2019. I have received wrong product and returned back on 25th march 2019. On 2nd time they sent duplicate product on 6th april 2019. After receiving duplicate i requested them to take it back and refund my amount on the same day. Am sending emails to support team to take it back and refund my amount from 6th april 2019 to upto now but there is no response from there end. Please do the needful asap.

I had placed a order on 09 the march at dealclear through net banking and same day after sometime i had canceled the order and there is no contact for deal clear and i have also sent an mail but still i didn’t received any revert from them my order id is #35257.

Please advise us what we can do or how we can get the refund against these order.
