I paid rs 1040 to release a parcen in my name. Inside it cotsined a kurti of size xxl . I want to send back the parcel . The people who delivered the parcel are not taking any responsibility . What to do. Complaint is a complaint if it is small or long. If you dont attend you are the loser. I will never and also ask my friends to order nothing on line becaus they cheat...

I bought a dress online from house of lehengas.. These people have shipped from dealhop pvt ltd.. Saying hassle free returns.. But hell they dont even reply to mails messages.. No contact details.. Shipped wrong product which was not even near to the displayed image.. I almost mailed 30-40 times on their site for returning the product.. But received no correspondence.. Courier person named prasun adhikary with phone number [protected] from express bee is also not picking up my calls and number is coming switched. There is no contact number in the delivery pod address, also unable to find out any website. I lost my 800/- hard earned money....
