I have ordered an laptop from dealzpickk but i have not got any confirmation till now and money is also debited from my accont

I order mini laptop but not deliverd till date 14/08/2020

I ramesh k ghodake want to launch complaint against dealzpickk online shopping platform whose add regularly flash on facebook. I ordered on wzatco 4k projector on 18th july 2020 order no sap5391420. They send me one piece of jbl headphone instead of projector.
I wrote mail to its customer care email id care. [protected]@gmail.com but they did not give any response..
I do not want my refund but i want my projector...
